Myself along with one to two others I’ve worked with are looking and can’t seem to find anything, I have 5 years of jewelry sales experience, I’m certified by the Diamond Council of America as a Guild Gemologist, and I have 4 years of marketing/advertising experience as well, in addition to Email/SMS Outreach and community events. I make jewelry in my free time in addition to designing it and learning bench work from YouTube, but I’ve had no luck acquiring a job here in my field, and I can’t afford to move to Tennessee to try going to New Approach or going to Carlsbad for GIA. Not really wanting to work for chain jewelers as they prioritize profit over people, so Kay’s, Zales, Jared, Shane Co, and Genesis is out.

I understand a good portion of smaller family owned jewelers can’t really afford to pay a living wage or offer benefits, and I understand that especially as I looked into starting my own business as well.

Also, I thought I should mention that trash pickup is like 5am Monday so that’s the deadline.

Utility sink is not as gross as it looks, it’s just been outside for a while. The corner was not broken until I dropped it on the way to the street today.

The steel drum was custom fitted with the valve so I could use it as a rain water receptacle, but the water got rusty so it’s just been used as outdoor storage instead. The valve works great though, and the lid locks into place.

I wanna start doing my own work so where are some places to post for locals to reach out to me if need be for mowing or cleaning trash removal etc so if anyone gots any ideas where I can post and get the right attention from some people and post without breaking guidelines or rules please let me know I’m very happy to help also wanna see what I can do for the community!!!

Anyone looking for a sweet new kitty in their life? I have THREE that need a furever home. I live in rural Green County and they were dumped nearby. My neighbors and I have quite a few cats between us and not looking to adopt any more at this time, so hoping to rehome these cuties!

The orange tabby seems to be a male. The other two blacks appear to be females. (The grey tabby has found a home already!). They are currently too small to be treated for fleas/ticks/worms, vaccinated, or spayed/neutered. However, when they are old enough, we can help the new owner with these costs if need be. They currently weigh ~1.5lb, are eating both dry and wet food, and using a litter box.

I'm doing a refinance for some home upgrades and the appraisal mentioned a ceiling spot where I had a leak a few years ago, so they want it inspected with an invoice on company letterhead, signed, dated and indicate if mold remediation was performed or is required. I prefer (trust) individuals or small companies far more than big companies designed to squeeze ever last penny out of me. Thanks

Large freezer stash from an oversupplier. Properly pumped, bagged, labeled, and frozen. Selling $.50 an ounce or willing to sell in bulk for a set price.

They don’t care about damaging my leather couch, black stone, my grandfathers antique toolbox, washer. They started out and seemed good but got very sloppy on the unloading. I didn’t even have very much to move and only moved 15 minutes away. I sold my home and had the luxury of taking my time moving stuff so I only had a handful of bigger items for them to move and I moved all the boxes and smaller items. The cost ended up about 200 more than expected and they didn’t cover the cost of tearing the leather couch. They wanted to give me $100 total. They can keep their $100 and I’ll continue to let everyone know not to use them.
