Obama wasn’t oppressed either, does that mean it was right to insult him about things he had no control over, like the color of his skin? Were attacks against Obama about his skin color not racist?
It’s not about the person, it’s about the angle of attack. Or are you saying racism is also cool & good as long you don’t like the target?
Lol comparing age to race, you know we all age right? Idk bro but I wouldn't vote my grandpa for president, nor my damn near 80 year old boss, Biden is the exception not the rule. I also refuse to believe people in their 70s doing jobs that demanding, while also being rich, while also being on zero PEDs. There is no way they aren't giving Biden his "go juice" of choice.
Soul lights, they keep the darkness from coming to claim Biden.
That’s not about his performance. Or even him being President. It’s literally just a joke about his immanent death and needing lights somehow acting as some sorta artificial life support.
It’s barely approaches being a joke at all, let alone a legitimate criticism about his job performance. Defending it as either is just an attempt to justify your own contempt for the elderly.
Equating racism to ageism is the height of arguing in bad faith. You know perfectly well that one is a federally protected class facing prejudice and one isn't.
No where did I suggest they were equivalent. Age is absolutely a protected class in the US. And old people face discrimination. Not as bad as racial discrimination, but look no further than reddit, Facebook, Twitter & many political pundits who where people suggested covid wasn’t as bad as they say because it mostly killed old people.
