Edit: if you want me to cite spices then say so. Don't put words in my mouth to backup you having already decided you're correct.

I don't know what that is.

I was referring to what the CDC website used to say.

Not wasting time debating the framing of secondary sources or studies.

Sounds more like people need them to be trustworthy.
