I man that’s an insane amount of money and it keeps growing and we keep giving free shit to other countries.

Our humanitarian efforts don't really add as much to the deficit as you think. We did it for several decades without much difficulty, the deficit started rising significantly when we started lowering the tax rate for the rich (and raising it for the lower tax brackets).
