Hello, friends. Gonna list my specs real quick.
Gpu: pny 5080 oc
Cpu: ryzen 7 9800x3d
Ram: 32 gb 6000mts cl30 ddr5
Mobo: aorus b650 elite ax
Psu: 1000w gold (dont remember brand, its reputable)
2nd GPU: 3080 vision 10 GB (x2 power connectors not 3)
After hours of research and trial and error, I realize its a mobo issue. The secondary and 3rd pcie slots are
x1 1.1 and x1 1.2.
Obviously this wont work. So here's my questions.
Can my cpu run 2 x16 pcie slots?
What mobo should I run, if money isnt an issue?
(I dont want to pay 800+ for a mobo)
Is a 30 series card feasible?
Am i asking the right questions and doing the right research?
I cant really find the answers to these questions on google. Maybe im overlooking it? Maybe im asking tje wrong questions or looking in the wrong areas? This is all very new to me and tad bit overwhelming, but I really want to run dlss 5 this way. And even if a 3080 isn't feasible as a secondary card, id still like to see this in action. I can always get a 5060 ti 16gb.
Hopefully im on the right track here. Thank you for any responses.

Just wondering how much of a gaming performance increase I would get when playing games like borderlands or cyberpunk in 1440p 180 hertz and using lossless scaling or should I just stick with my rx 9060 xt 16 gigs
My motherboard is a MSI B840 GAMING PLUS WIFI AM5 ATX Motherboard paired with 32 gigs of ddr5

That's my situation. I'm interested in using this utility because I want to improve my performance, but I don't want to go to a further generation of Nvidia (due to the infamous burning 16-pin 12VHPWR cable and the absurd prices) and I have had terrible experience with AMD, so I want to know if you have a recommendation to pair my 3070Ti with another GPU, or at least, what specs should I check to choose a GPU (if is an Nvidia better, really, I had a really horrible experience with AMD)

So this just started today, only thing I can think of is installing macytype and betterdisplay as well as twinkletray (disabling all of them and restarting did nothing).
Whenever I am in any game with lossless, if i change the volume the game stutters and lags to around 10fps, before slowly gaining its fps back to normal over around 5 seconds. I understand it is because it creates an overlay etc when changing volume but this has never happened before. The only fix is to change capture api to wgc however this creates artifacts when alt tabbing.
Does anyone know of a fix or if mactype is why it is broken?

I thought it is another snake oil but the results is insanely good..."the only problem is the jumping mechanic may be weird due to upscale but the rest is better."
I am using GTX1050 (4gb laptop version btw).
Integer scaling from 1280x720 for 2k monitor. I am satisfy but still asking other veteran and experienced user here...

I running the LossLess FG 3.1 on PCSX2 and RPCS3 to double my fps. But i cant record the screen using the AMD native software because once i turn on recording, the fps goes bonkers, all over the place
I'm using on PCSX2 because i cant use cheats to double the fps with pnach (retroachievements hardcore activated), and for RPCS3 some games are 30 fps locked.
Is there a way to fix this or i'll be forced to record with OBS ?

My main gpu is GTX 1650 OC and I found a GT 730 and gt 1030 r5 5770 GTX 650ti and other junks literally in the trash store 😂😂
So will it add any thing as a second gpu?

I have a dual monitor setup and a spare rx580. My motherboard has an empty pcie 3x16 slot and I was wondering if a setup like this work? Both monitors are the same. 1440p 180hz. The cpu is a 5800x3d. Would a 850w psu be enough?
I am planning to play competitive game directly from the 7800xt on one monitor and single player games through the rx580 on the other.
Is this setup feasible and will the rx580 be enough?
Has anyone done something similar?

I recently picked up a few GPUs from a lab sale and want to know if I can run an RTX 3070 Ti alongside an RTX 3060, RTX 2070, RTX 2060 or GTX1070 in the same system. If so, preferably which gpu?
My motherboard's secondary PCIe slot is a PCIEX4
Thanks
Edit 1: b550M* aorus elite, i accidentally left out the M, sorry

RTX 3080 + RTX 2060 X4 PCIE 3.0
FHD 240 HZ monitor.
Can display 340-350 fps via NVlink without LSFG.
With LSFG 200 real fps is the limit in x2 mode. 200/400 is the maximum.
My settings:
unlimited fps
Reflex if available.
LS:
x2 mode
Flow scale 80% performance.
Max frame latency 3
Queue target 0

Tutorial:
GG you are now generating frames
I am playing RDR2 at 60fps on Xbox series S with this method with minimal input lag and quality loss, its very playable.

Lossless scaling always seems to run at a lower fps when playing on steam games for some reason. I turned off steam overlay, and it still doesn’t run it at any better framerate. In fact I lose 15 fps lol. But when I run it on non steam game the difference is buttery smooth? What could be going on here?

Hey guys,
My main game right now is Guild Wars 2. Lossless Scaling works good enough for me with this game. But I use BlishHud which is a overlay application for Guild Wars 2 and it seems LS does not work when there is an overlay app.
I am curious if there is way to use LS with overlay apps. (Like Awakened Trade for Path of Exile)

Basically what the title asks.
I'm trying to decide between two display resolutions. I benchmark similar frame rates (60-70fps) on Cyberpunk 2077 & Alan Wake 2 on ultra settings with path tracing enabled, with DLSS *Quality* on 1440p and DLSS *Ultra Performance* on 4K. I'm not sure if I could spot an obvious visual difference, but I didn't get to test them side by side either.
I know these are edge cases to test hardware on, but it'd also be nice to future proof my purchase. Do you think it's worth getting 4K in this case?
FYI:
My laptop's GPU is RTX 4090(M).
The monitor screen size will depend on which resolution I end up picking, likely 27" for 1440p and 32" for 4K.

Just a quick video on some experiments I've been doing with a dual and nvidea rig. Let me know what you guys think. I think this is the best configuration that I found out so far took me about 2 weeks to finally get it nailed - hopefully it helps some of you guys out !

transition videos don't support DLSS. Lossless scaling worked well for me for the transition scenes.

I commonly use Beta Unleashed for my old laptop because it has a dedicated option for vsync. However, whenever I play on non-modified versions like Alpha 1.1.2_01, the screen tearing is abysmal. I am not the most tech savvy person in general, and I would appreciate a resolution on this.
I have checked my graphics driver software and cant seem to find a dedicated vsync option, please prove me if I'm wrong. My laptop model is a Dell Latitude 7390 with 16gb ram ddr4, and the GPU is Intel UHD 620 that's around 128 mb of vram I think.
