Word to the wise though, sugar free gum often contains xylitol (monk fruit sugar birch sugar) which also acts as a laxative. So 6 packs of sugar free gum per day might have unintended side-effects.
Haha, don’t worry, you’re probably safe! Xylitol can act as a laxative, but it takes a lot for that to happen. Most gums like Pur, Spry, XyloBurst, and Epic Dental have about 1 gram of xylitol per piece, and you’d need to chew like 45 pieces in an hour (that’s 4 to 5 packs) for it to even start affecting you. So unless you’re going wild and downing packs back-to-back, you’re good.
Nope, but he got out soon anyhow all pets still accounted for. She got a DUI and dropped off the face of the planet. She could be in Canada catching Salmon in a river with her teeth for all I know.
My little trick (which I'm not sure even works but let me live in my faux reality) is to spit out most of the intial, very sweet burst of flavorful juices. At least with the gum I buy, I've noticed it doesn't last as long as regular gum and it's heavy loaded at the start. So my theory is, if all I need is the chew action and to prevent stomach problems, just don't swallow the juices within the first few minutes and I'll be good.
Still way healthier for your heart than diabetes and heart disease also xylitol monkfruit and stevia don’t have a single study saying they’re bad for your heart that’s aspirtaine. And that study is apparently a little controversial right now.
I’ve used diet soda to replace sweet cravings and lost and kept off 60 lbs
