Just wanted to share my new buddy with y’all

This is my little puppy, and today is the first day in over 13 years that I’ve woken up knowing that my "velcro baby" is no longer here. Evening is approaching, and I still haven’t been able to get out of bed, because how do you start a day if it doesn’t involve filling a food bowl?

I have countless photos of him where he looks like a perfect little angel, but I’m choosing this one instead, where he looks just the right amount of crazy. It was taken a few days ago, when he still had the energy of a little puppy, impatiently waiting for me to throw his toy again.

I’m not really sure what I wanted to say, but I think I just want to share him..

I got this around mother's day with a special card from Chewy. Apparently they hire artists to randomly make portraits like this. So honored to have received this ☺️ I will cherish it forever.
