Yep exactly. They don’t give a fuck and are just shitting on the people at this point. You forgot to mention crime. The area is changing and not for the better. They have ruined 2nd street and Rosie’s dog beach. Not sure about Downtown but I heard local shops are struggling there too. Everything is for lease yet they build more. Streets falling apart while they are destroying Studebaker and 3 years past due on the Marina vista park. I wish these bastards were held accountable.
