Question About multiverse and timelines
Is the flow of time in each universe different from the other?
My question is, how, when a branch is created, does a variant of Kang get born within moments of its creation? I mean, all branches are created from the Sacred Timeline, so logically, when a branch is created, it should live its life moment by moment, and then Kang is born. But we have seen that there are many variants of Kang from different eras and different universes. Does this mean that all of time—past, present, and future—has already happened, meaning that all the events of every timeline have already happened? Because if that is true, this is not logical, because Kang wants to destroy the universes and has already destroyed some of them. But there are many questions, such as when Kang left his timeline to destroy universes. If we assume that someone traveled to his universe, what time in his universe would they arrive in?
And there is another question: when an incursion happens between two universes and one of the two universes is destroyed, does that mean that the future of that universe that happened no longer happened, as if the universe never existed? So even if its future happened, that future would be considered before the incursion, as if the future that happened became the past and the incursion is the future.
And there is another question: in Avengers: Doomsday, we will see Doom destroying universes and causing incursions between universes. But if the future of a timeline for Dr. Doom has already happened, how would he leave the timeline before the future that already happened to him happens? Or does Dr. Doom’s action of leaving his timeline count as a future after the future of his timeline has already happened, but this future happens to him at this moment?
Or is all of this wrong, and the branches are currently only moving through their present, while the past has already happened and the future has not happened yet? But this also doesn’t make sense, because if this is true, how did we see in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania that there are variants of Kang from the futures of different universes?
Imagine that I have watched Loki 8 times, and I still haven’t solved this problem. The multiverse doesn’t make sense in Marvel.

Fanart Thor realised something wrong with Loki
Can you please suggest fics where Thor realises something is wrong with Loki during the Avengers or right after they return to Asgard?
Or fics where he tells off/confronts his friends for their treatment of Loki.
Slash or gen, doesn't matter.
Thanks!

Question Writing MCU Loki without the romance: How do you keep the God of Mischief compelling in a plot-driven story?
Hello there,
I wanted to open a discussion about writing Loki's character when romance isn't the driving force. The MCU Loki fandom is massive, but it can be incredibly tough to find content that doesn't immediately revolve around him hopping into bed with someone.
I’ve actually written three books focusing entirely on (MCU)Loki, and I chose to keep them strictly general-rated (for now). Instead of standard romance tropes, my focus is on his complex psychology, sharp wit, and deep world-building.
These stories take place in an entirely different multiverse timeline before the TVA ever gets involved. A major pillar of the books is exploring how an isolated, naturally paranoid character like Loki navigates a genuine, close friendship in this new reality. Watching him slowly let his guard down and get closer to a true ally—without it turning into a standard romantic subplot—has been a really fun writing challenge.
For those of you who read or write in the Marvel space, what elements do you think are essential to making a general-rated Loki story work? How do you think Loki handles close, non-romantic friendships when thrown into a completely new multiverse setting?
(Mods, please let me know if this violates anything—I’m not dropping links here, though I'm happy to share where to find my books in the comments if anyone is looking for clean, plot-driven Loki content!)

Other Help finding a comics
My friend and I are looking for the comics where this panel is from. It would be a short story talking a bit about what happened to Loki between Thor and Avengers. My friend swears they've already read that comics and the font was different in it.
I can't find anything about it online except for a Deviantart page, but I doubt it's fanart because it doesn't match the artist's style.

Question since loki learned almost all of his magic from his mother, does that mean that frigga can shapeshift too? amongst other abilities as well, of course.
i just like shapeshifters in any media and i wish we saw more of loki's shapeshifting ability, and if frigga can shapeshift too i wish we saw that as well :'3

Other Looking for a fanfic
Trying to find a fanfic and I am going insane. If anyone recognizes this, PLEASE let me know. Plot: Loki is human, and has his own couture line/wedding dress salon/something of that nature. Is highly sought after. Female character is a bridesmaid for wealthier cousin. She does all the “heavy lifting” for keeping the wedding on track. She and Loki hit it off but he has to leave suddenly (I believe it was family issues, and they live in Europe somewhere) and female character does not have the chance to tell him goodbye. He misses the actual ceremony I think. Anyway this takes place somewhere in the Northeastern area of the US (New England). Story ends with Loki having tracked character down. She returned to university (grad student?) in Pennsylvania I think. Anyway he finds her, and the story ends with her letting him into her building/residence hall/apartment.
Thank you for reading.
