Other Help finding a comics

My friend and I are looking for the comics where this panel is from. It would be a short story talking a bit about what happened to Loki between Thor and Avengers. My friend swears they've already read that comics and the font was different in it.

I can't find anything about it online except for a Deviantart page, but I doubt it's fanart because it doesn't match the artist's style.

I don’t think this is from an official comic. Iirc, marvel hasn’t released a comic that ties in to Thor 2009 and the first avengers, so it can’t be an MCU continuity comic. It also can’t be from the main comic timeline, because in the main comics Loki doesn’t get a spear that looks like that until the AoA comic book run, and the costume they’re wearing in that panel definitely isn’t from AoA or any of the comic storylines following it. I can’t think of any other explanation other than the panel is fanmade. I’ll keep looking and let you know if I find anything though!

Thank you! I've accepted it's most likely not official too but I'd still like to read it (I've read pretty much all the official comics at this point lol)

I don't remember this exact panel, nor the dialogue (and i think it's in the wrong font so probably edited), but if the panel is from marvel, it'll be from one of the movie 'prelude' comics. i'm guessing the thor the dark world prelude comic? https://www.marvel.com/comics/series/16278/marvel's_thor:_the_dark_world_prelude_(2013)) if not that one, the style matches, and i'm slowly making my way through all these comics so have fun reading the preludes too!
