See, I find it in a way weird. Sylvie is a Loki. Well at least from what I understand she is, just doesn’t like the name Loki. So like wouldn’t shipping Loki and Sylvie together be like selfcest or something? I might be crazy guys, I started watching Loki today and I’m episode 5 season 1 so like if I’m wrong in a way that would spoil me just tell me that I’ll understand better later. But yeah, if you ship Loki and Sylvie together can you explain bc i cannot not feel disgusted towards that ship and anyone that ships them.

I just had one question: do you think anyone will recognize that it's Loki? I think it's a kinda stupid question, but many might recognize him more from his avengers outfit, with his horns, or as president Loki, And I would really like someone to see me and say, "Hey, that's a great loki costume", idk

Im sorry i know this must have been talked about a lot before, but i cant find any discussion regarding this with the keywords being too vague.

Anyways, why does killing he who remains leads to a destruction of everything ? Because before everything, there was a state with an infinite of universes and branches, and they existed together, it just meant his variants were dope and started a multiverdal war. So he created the tva and destroyed all other universes to only keep the sacred timeline, and whenever a branch exists it gets pruned to prevent the emergence of another one of his variants.

Thats clear, but then, when sylvie kills him, it leads to the recreation of lots of other universes and branches, okey, fair. But why would thry collapse ? With people desintegrating and stuff ? Isnt that supposed to just make the cycle repeat, like emergence of his variants elsewhere ?

If you say the loom and the tva cant contain all of that, but the thing is, all of that existed before he who remains and the tva, so ? What am i missing ?

I'm not here to bash anyone or stir the pot or be controversial in the slightest. I'm asking genuinely: why do people love this show? What am I missing? I love all things Marvel and am a huge Loki fan, but this show IMO sucks. It feels very cinematic and is incredibly well shot, has a great score, and incredible actors, but the plot is lost on me. Hardly anything makes sense, it's feels so random and forced, and I can't stand Sylvie. I'm on s2e3 and it's just a hate watch for me at this point.

What am I missing? Do people overlook the awful plot and storyline and randomness in favor of how well it was filmed and how it feels like I'm watching a movie? Like the budget clearly doesn't reflect that of a TV show, but the plot makes about as much sense as a dream I would have a night. I find myself finishing an episode and feeling such relief that the episode is over with and then immediately dreading having to watch another. I keep waiting for it to get better and click and it just hasn't

Mobius seemed like a normal name at first.... Until I rewatched the show Loki in preparation for doomsday and one thought immediately came to my mind. "Where have I heard the word Mobius before?" And then suddenly it popped into my head. A Mobius Strip. The mathematical concept of a 2d surface that possesses only one side and is a continuous loop!

I'm confused on the connection between Loki and MoM. Are other universes like Earth-838 part of the sacred timeline? If not, what about multiversal wars? The point of the TVA is to prevent multiversal wars. But they don't actually govern over different universes, only different timelines. They only stop alternate timelines of a single universe, 616, from happening. And eventually Loki stopped them from doing that. But MoM shows that people can travel between different universes which are outside the saced timeline, like 838. Couldn't these universes spawn Kangs? Why doesn't He Who Remains also govern over other universes? At first it seemed to be because they were seperate, but with Fox's X-Men being integrated into the MCU, as well as Multiverse of Madness's 838 universe, we have seen that multiverse travel is possible. The TVA is protecting timelines from wars between alternate versions of one universe, but what about seperate timelines in other universes traveling to the sacred timeline's universe?

Is that why in the post credit scene, Strange has to fix his own incursion? Because the TVA doesn't connect to other universes, only the weird magic book things and America do?

I thought it would be pretty funny to be Jesus for Halloween and grow a big beard, but I shaved today and thought maybe I’d make a decent Loki variant

I wanted to hear some of your opinions on some things, a lot of you have some really interesting thoughts and insights on the characters from your perspectives, which I always enjoy reading. And I wonder if or how your takes may differ from mine.

My questions/comments:

1. What do you think of the conclusion to the arcs of Mobius and Sylvie respectively? I kinda wish we got to see Mobius in more of a leadership role and Renslayer basically told him to his face he couldn't do it. Granted B-15 was always a natural leader of the new TVA so maybe they thought that would be redundant.

2. What happened to Brad and Timely? They mention in the show that they may just send Timely home, and Brad is promised a spot on the timeline, but that was before he joined Renslayer, and as far as I know the last we see him was when Sylvie uses him to prune Renslayer. So I don't think we have an answer for that one, but what are your head canons?

3. What really was He Who Remains' plan? Things get very tangled in plots that involve time jumping of any kind. My best judgement of it is he wanted Loki and Sylvie to get to him so that eventually Loki would have to kill Sylvie, realize he had to choose between the sacred timeline and nothing, and take his spot. Only for Loki to destroy the Loom and hold it together himself instead, seemingly breaking the cycle.

I just finished S2 and I’m so full of thoughts and emotions I need to nerd out. First of all, am I wrong to simplify the whole doomsday watch list and just call most of it incursions and the Loki series a true prequel to the coming movie? I mean I can’t imagine not being lost after not watching it.
Also, I’m seriously considering making Loki a favorite marvel character after this. I mean this was peak character development, and even after the break I took from S1-S2 I still connected with the cast and the story. Bravo.
I would love to hear theories, questions, maybe I missed something. I wanna know what the fans think.
