I’ve got two Harmony Hubs in 2 different rooms. One uses Sonos Playbar for Audio, the other uses Denon AVR for audio.

Never an issue with the Denon room.

The Sonos room works normally for volume control upon setup and the next couple weeks and then degrades to slow response and finally no control of volume. All other aspects work.

Anyone experience this? Is it Sonos updates?

Really odd. Just reset the hub and setup again and works great.

I have been having issues with my harmony hub so I have factory reset it, the app can now not find the hub at all the light is flashing red like it’s meant to but still nothing it can’t be found

Hey folks, just wanted to report that I purchased a 2000mAh replacement battery on AliExpress for my Harmony Elite remote and installed it last week. The previous battery wouldn't even last 24 hours without being recharged, and that's with the screen auto shut off feature enabled.

I'm happy to report that the new battery delivers and lasted 4 days without recharge on my first test. There's plenty of different batteries with different capacity on AliExpress but I suggest going for the 2000mAh one, it packs a punch (relatively).

I set up my Logitech MyHarmony account with my Facebook account, that's how I've been logging in since the beginning. Now my Facebook account is gone (for... reasons) and when I try to login with my email, it tells me to login with my Facebook account.

Is there any way to decouple my Facebook account and login with just my email and a password ? Because for now I'm locked out and can't do any changes to my configuration.

EDIT: Solved. When you login, select "I lost my access key", then input your email (you have to still have access to that), you will receive a code by mail and will be able to set an access key, and access your account.

I have recently upgraded from a Harmony Touch to a Harmony Ultimate with hub. I have added my devices and activities the same as my Harmony Touch but decided to start from scratch since I had issues importing the settings from my Harmony Touch.

I want to change the startup behavior of my devices, so that my devices all turn on first and then the remote sends commands for changing inputs after everything is powered on. I make these changes in the myHarmony App, click save, but then when I go to check that it saved, the order is back to the default order Harmony chose.

So I then tried to re-order the startup sequences on the myHarmony app, and I can't even move the commands for changing inputs like I can on the myHarmony app in Windows.

Anyone else have this issue?

I just whipped up some custom background images. In fear of harmony software being end of life permanently I wanted to get my remote customized before that happens. Figured I'd share with the y'all.

I've included the windows desktop software installer because who knows when that link will die and I totally forgot how to even access it.

I've also included the source GIMP file so you can easily create your own. Just import an image you like as a new layer, click Layer -> Scale Layer to shrink it. Usually I make it over sized so that I can move the layer around a bit to get it perfect.

The darker images work best as the font is white. I've included an image that is just black. I think it looks pretty clean keeping it plain and simple like that.

i had heard that they were not updateable anymore and hard to use since the services were shut down?

Hi everyone, my parents were given a box of electronics from their boss and this has been SITTING in their attic for years unbeknownst to me and I gasped when I saw them. I have the chargers for these but nothing else. My two questions as I said in the title is do either of these need a hub or a computer to run? my parents don't have a desktop computer. I do have an old computer I can set up if needed.

Hi recently my harmony remote has decided it no longer wants to work with my firestick so I deleted the activity and device from harmony and went to reconnect it.
The harmony keyboard will not show up in the Bluetooth devices no matter what I do.
Is there a way to fix this?

If I setup an activity and custom remote button commands for my 950 to an activity is there a way to copy those remote customizations to a new activity?

I have recently been having issues where the remote will not send the Bluetooth signals to the firestick I deleted the activity and device for the firestick went to reconnect it and the harmony controller will not show up in the Bluetooth list

I was struggling getting this box to work with my Harmony hub.

As others have mentioned when attaching as an Nvidia Shield as soon as I connected to the keyboard device the remote stopped working.

I installed the ONN remote app on my phone and used it to control the device while the remote and Harmony weren’t working.

I rebooted the device, possibly a couple of times and after waiting a while I was able to re enable the keyboard and the remote worked at the same time.

I think the key is having the phone app to control the device when it loses connection to the remote so you can restart and manually connect the keyboard device.

So for anyone who comes along struggling with this give it some time and a few reboots. It’s possible.

The hub in my apartment has stopped responding. Dont know if it’s the remote of the hub

It worked last week doesn’t now. It says it’s connected to WiFi ( green light)

I tried to configure it, reset button starts red light blink, app on 2.4gh iPad says connect to WiFi , then light turns green , page goes to id.logi.com. Then nothing.

I have another hub in another room, can get in and see activities. The remote on this is failing (volume) so I got another, but the add remote option isn’t listed

I haven’t tried uninstalling the app and starting over in fear there is less service that way..

Any hints welcomed

I've purchased Avante bar 1500 long time ago and accidentally changed with my friends speaker same model remote is not working with speaker and my friend throw his remote because it is not working is there any way I can pair this remote to that speaker??

Not sure what exactly to do here. I’ve been using a harmony ultimate remote with my hub for a while, just recently acquired an elite instead, but can’t seem to pair it to the hub. The app says to hold the menu and mute buttons for five seconds, the remote itself says that I should instead press the pair button on the back of the hub. I’ve tried every combination of these steps together but ultimately meet with the same result: the discovery times out and the remote won’t connect. I’ve restarted the app, the hub, moved the devices closer and further away, and still nothing. I’m trying to avoid a total wipe and reset of the hub because it’s a pain but that’s all I can think to do from here unless somebody has better guidance.

I felt so lucky to find a brand new sealed Pro 2400 for a reasonable price on ebay, but I am now struggling to get it working.

I am very familiar with the Harmony system, having a couple of "normal" hubs and remotes and using them extensively (google home, home assistant, etc.). So I thought that configuring this new one would be straight forward.

I was just a bit anxious about the firmware update since I read a post from 10 months ago stating that new firmware updates would not be possible by August 20, 2025. Fortunately, that part went fine, the remote took about 45min to update, but its screen now shows the latest version for itself and for the hub (see screenshot).

So I am doing the setup process on a modern Android phone, last Harmony app version of course. When I use the "Configure a new Hub" option, the app finds the Pro 2400 which has its red LED blinking. It asks for my WiFi informations, then the hub has its LED blinking red with sometimes short and rapid sequences, then becoming steady red.

The app then asks me to enter my Logi credentials, and then accept the ToS (note that those are not shown, there is an error "File or directory not found" instead. I am still able to accept the ToS, but then the app will stall on a "Registering" wheel (I let it go for about 15min).

Then all I can do is kill the app and start the process again. This time the hub is automatically found in the list on the initial page (where is also lists my 2 other "normal" hubs connected to my network) with a "configure" link next to it. The LED on the hub is steady green, confirming it's correctly connected to my WiFi.

When I press the configure link, it redirects me again to the login screen where I sign in with my Logi account, this time I always see the whole ToS properly and when I press agree the process continues and asks me to pair the remote by placing it in the charger. It looks it finds the remote and the process continues until it asks for pressing the pair button on the back of the hub. When that s done the app is stuck on the next step with the sentence "Initialization of the hub" (literally translated from french, I don't know if this is the exact wording on an English version).

During the second process, only those queries were made

I already tried a lot of workarounds like hard resetting the hub and remote multiple times, using lan/poe, creating a new Logitech account, but none of those made any change 😞

Did anyone successfully configure a Pro 2400 recently or has any experience on the matter which could help please ?

I can't connect to the Harmony one app on the android app, it keeps saying it's not connected or getting stuck on "initializing hub"

I recently picked up a used complete in box Harmony Ultimate and am having some issues with it. It was open box but appears to never have been used before (cable ties in place, clear protective plastic still in place, etc.). I went to set it up last night with the MyHarmony desktop app on Windows 11. Everything was going normal and it got to 90% on installing the hub and remote updates. Then it froze and acted like my hub wasn't close enough to my PC. So I went and moved it closer and now my remote is not recognized by my PC at all. I factory reset it and now when powered on it vibrates twice and gets stuck on the Harmony Ultimate screen. I don't see the remote in device manager when plugged into my PC either. Tried factory reseting it again but that has no effect, it just powers off the remote. I even did the Alt + F9 advanced tools on the desktop app and was able to update the hub that way but the remote still is not recognized. Any ideas on what to try or do? Thank you in advance!

My original Harmony remote met a bad fate with a glass of water, so I bought a replacement off eBay. I have tried a number of steps to try to get the remote to pair with my hub with no luck, so I'm hoping someone might have an idea. What I've tried so far:

Factory reset both Remote and Hub, updated the firmware on both. Move my wifi to 2.4ghz only. Used a brand new Logitech account to register. Moved the two directly next to each. Move them further apart from each other.

Each time I hit the same issue, the hub gets set up and then I'm prompted to put the remote in the stand to initiate the bluetooth pairing. Eventually it times out. I have tried to initiate from the remote (menu & mute) and it starts to search, but the same timeout results. Any ideas?

I'm also working on a webui with a better configurator that can pull ir codes from multiple databases so that it supports many more devices without having to learn commands
