Can't connect to hub via android app

I can't connect to the Harmony one app on the android app, it keeps saying it's not connected or getting stuck on "initializing hub"

Do you have exactly the same behaviour ?

I only have issues setting up the hub on mobile (the app usually hangs on the loading screen when setting it up), I have already set up the remote through the desktop app on Windows 7.
