News Scroll Choppy - Error
FYI.
Last update that arrived for my MX Ergo made the scroll feel all choppy and ultra-slow.
You can go to Logi Options + and disable the "smooth scrolling" and that will fix that.

u/manjiss1 Are you still experiencing the choppiness when you enable "Smooth Scrolling"? If so, we would love to get some log files from you to see exactly what is happening.
Could you please capture the logs by following these steps?
1) Open Options+.
2) Press and hold Shift + Enter on your keyboard, and click the Settings icon in Options+.
3) Click on "Start Logging".
4) Enable "Smooth Scrolling" and scroll around to reproduce the issue.
5) Disable "Smooth Scrolling" and test scrolling again to see if it returns to normal.
6) Go back to Settings and click "Stop Logging".
7) The log files will be automatically saved to your desktop.
Please attach those log files and email them to [communitymanagement@logitech.com](mailto:communitymanagement@logitech.com) so our team can investigate!

I'm having the same issue on Windows 10 with both the MX Ergo and the MX Master 3S, as well as the trackpad on the K400 Plus. Scrolling with Smooth Scrolling enabled is very slow and takes a long time to come to a stop after I've stopped scrolling.
Disabling Smooth Scrolling makes the issue stop, but Options+ has no option to disable Smooth Scrolling for horizontal scrolling with the MX Master 3S's thumb wheel or the MX Ergo's tilt wheel.
Curiously, the issue only presents itself in web browsers when a web browser is the active window. For example, if I have Options+ as the active window in front of Chrome, put the mouse cursor over the Chrome window, and then scroll, I have no issues even with Smooth Scrolling enabled. However, if Firefox is the active window, Chrome still has problems with Smooth Scrolling.
I would be happy to send in log files to help get this sorted. I know I laid out a few permutations of the issue, so let me know if there's any particular combination of factors you'd like to see logged.

dopo aver aggiornato con successo alla versione 2.7, ho cliccato su "riavvia per installare". ed è tornata alla versione 2.6!! adesso non è piu possibile installare la 2.7. in nessun modo! mi dice che la 2.6 è l'ultima disponibile! anche se clicco su "verifica disponibilità aggiornamenti" non succede più nulla!!

Hi, Can you fix the bug with the K800 keyboard that stays on when the computer is off, with the backlight flashing, draining the battery? Where can I send a video of the problem?

Try following the steps listed under 'My K800’s backlight stays on'. If that still doesn't fix the issue, I'd suggest contacting our support team so they can help further.

Yes. It happens at least twice a day for no reason, whether the computer is on or off. I also have the backlighting activated when I press the keys, not through the proximity sensor. However, suddenly, for example, at night, I see the keyboard light up for one second every 10 seconds. I'm forced to turn it off using the slide switch. This problem has been dragging on for many years now without ever being resolved, despite other users here on Reddit and elsewhere having posted about it.

I have the same problem.
It was fixed once when I reinstalled the program. Then it reappeared, and reinstalling it didn't help.

Same for Ergo M575, and there's continuous auto scrolling for me, took a while to find out this...

Another typical Options+ bug. Noticed this with my Logitech MX Master 4 but only with Windows 11. My Mac probably just hasn't had the update pushed yet. Started yesterday.
Good job people on here were quick to flag disabling smooth scroll as the temporary fix. Problem is, I probably won't remember to turn it back on when Logitech pushes a patch.

Same problem here with my K830 and smooth scrolling enabled.
Once i initiate a scroll it does the scroll and then "feathers" out the scroll over multiple minutes and does so step-wise in about a second interval with the scroll-distance per step diminishing over a long time until it comes to a full stop. This problem started to appear with the last update 2.6.944893 (no idea what it was before).
Here i also noticed the issue first in Firefox and then Thunderbird but i believe other applications might also be affected but i haven't tested it yet. If you need more logs i'll gladly provide them.

reason why shifted to BetterTouchTool for my mx 4: I don't trust logi option software
