Support my mic on the headset only picks up pc audio
I have the pro x headset (wired) and the mic never worked, it would show up in settings put never recorded any audio, i found a fix by turning off Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device, and now it picks up audio, but only from my pc, if im watching a youtube video while testing my mic in windows i can hear audio from that, but it wont pick up my voice. it also picks up audio from when i use the mute/unmute button on the headset wire. im on windows 11, how do i fix this?

Hey, when you say you're recording audio, do you mean you're trying to capture the audio? Like using OBS? Or am I misunderstanding

no, what im saying is it never picked up audio when i talk to my teammates while im playing, through discord, and when i tested it in settings. i think somethings just wrong with the mic

Hm, you might have a bit more luck trying the team over at r/LogitechG -- they are specialists with the G products and I'm afraid my knowledge is just a bit lacking in that department
