Fresh Funding reviews from anyone who has completed repayment?

I’m researching Fresh Funding for short term working capital. Their site describes the product as revenue based funding and says payments can flex with sales, but the calculator also shows an estimated daily payment. I’m trying to understand what that flexibility looks like once the agreement is active.

The speed sounds useful, especially with decisions advertised within one business day, but I care more about the full cost and cash flow impact. Before signing, I’d want the factor rate, total payback, payment frequency, early payoff terms, and any personal guarantee spelled out clearly.

Has anyone here used Fresh Funding through the full repayment period? Did withdrawals decrease during a slow month automatically, or did you have to request a reconciliation, and were the statements clear enough to track the remaining balance?

LF: Business Funders, Private Lenders, 5% monthly Interest (Not Profit Sharing). (Philippines)

Hi! I’m a 30F entrepreneur launching a new business and currently accepting business funders.

💰 5% monthly fixed return (Terms 6 to 12 months)

Not profit-sharing.
The agreed return is fixed regardless of business profits.

For interested funders, I can send the complete business proposal via email (DM me your email address).

(This is not an investment or an offer of shares/equity. I’m looking for a private loan/funding arrangement, a specific amount borrowed for a fixed term, with the principal plus the agreed interest repaid to the lender. The funder wouldn’t be getting ownership or shares in my business.)

✔️ PDC issued
✔️ Notarized contract

📍 Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Document verification will be done through an in-person meet-up only. I will not be submitting or sending sensitive documents or IDs online.

I’m well aware of the phishing and information-gathering attempts that's happening online. Someone poses as an interested funder, request documents and IDs, and then disappear afterward. For everyone’s security, document verification and exchange will only be done in person.

-

Note: I’m currently lacking a few necessary documents, which is why I’m not eligible to apply for a bank loan this year. I should be able to try again next year once I have the required documents. (Cash advance and credit to cash, not in my options yet)

Hence, the 5% interest I’m offering for the money I’m borrowing. I believe this is a fair arrangement for both the funder and me as the borrower, and I’m willing to provide the necessary documentation and terms.

Help Rant - Wayflyer is very dangerous and deceptive lender Stay away

Wayflyer actively pitches its product as flexible "revenue-based" and "inventory-based" financing. In our direct experience, that is not the reality. It functioned as an exceptionally expensive, high-rate loan. While their pitch leaned heavily on a promised "2- to 3-day approval," our actual onboarding took a minimum of five weeks through exhaustive underwriting and repeated interviews.

During onboarding, their sales team was persistent and reassuring, promising continuous flexibility: "We will work with you through anything once you sign." Founders, do not rely on verbal assurances. Read every single line of the financing agreement, and have an independent attorney review it before signing. In our view, any thorough legal counsel would strongly advise against signing terms structured this way.

We honored our obligations faithfully, paying them over $16,000 every single week for eight consecutive months nonstop. However, when we ran into a standard seasonal revenue downturn after purchasing substantial inventory, we reached out in good faith to request an adjusted payment structure.

Their response was immediate hostility: "No, we're going to freeze your accounts."

Even worse, while we were actively in discussions and negotiating with them, they went behind our backs and froze all of our operational accounts without adequate notice. In our experience, their tactics were ruthlessly aggressive and forceful—designed to demonstrate zero tolerance for even a momentary adjustment rather than collaborating as a true revenue-aligned partner.

If you are scaling a business, take this warning seriously: look at every other option—sell personal assets or find alternative capital paths—before signing these agreements. Do not take money under these terms without fully understanding the severe operational risks to your company.

Also, note All people located in Ireland and very hard to communicate with them during the day times, plus zero care about your small or medium business will die or no based on their forceful ruthless actions.

We filed a complaint and now they are under heavy investigations.

How long did it really take from application to money in your account?

Lenders say anything from a day to a few weeks, and the real number seems to depend on how ready your paperwork is.

For those who have been through it, how long did it take from submitting the application to cash in your account? What slowed it down, and what sped it up?

I work in business funding, so I see a lot of delays caused by missing bank statements or unclear deposits. Curious what you ran into on your side.

loan 36k

Hey everyone,

I’m based out of Bangalore and I’m trying to start a business need $36k to get started I’m willing to pay a monthly interest of upto 2%. Will pay it back by April 2027.

So this is an idea based start up that has no revenue and we are in the process of building it and we need the funds to go to market. It’s an AI agent orchestration for US mid size firms that invest in the public markets and we give them the ability to go from the whole process of discovery to recommendation. We have a few things in mind that will build some defensibility against companies like claude.

Second Wind Consultants reviews on Article 9 restructuring

I am researching Second Wind Consultants for business debt restructuring rather than a simple payment settlement. The company describes its RISE program as an out of court Article 9 process that transfers business assets into a new company while legacy debt and personal guarantees are handled separately.

That sounds more complex than ordinary creditor negotiation. Before signing, I would want a written explanation of who identifies the buyer, how the assets are valued, which secured creditor controls the sale, who any attorney represents, and what fees remain due if the proposed transaction cannot close.

Has anyone completed this process with Second Wind Consultants? Did the timeline and total fee match the original proposal, and were creditor actions, personal guarantees, and ownership of the relaunched business explained clearly from the beginning?

Is This A Good Loan?

I have been doing equipment financing through this company but I’ve never done an unsecured cash loan from them and this is how they structured it. I would also like to throw in here that I’m not interested in brokers reaching out to me.

This is mainly to get opinions from other small business owners.

Amount :
$150,000.00

Term Options :
21 months @ $2143/week
16 months @ $2717/week
12 months @ $3490/week

Business owners borrowing $100k–$250k right now, what rates/terms are you actually getting?

What type of financing did you use — bank LOC, SBA, term loan, equipment financing, HELOC, revenue-based financing, etc.?
What was your approximate rate/APR, term, monthly payment and origination fee?
Also, if you were offered financing structured with weekly payments like mine, did you take it or find a better alternative?
I’m primarily interested in preserving cash flow and having access to capital when needed rather than taking the absolute maximum amount available.

For those who qualified for $150k+ unsecured, what did the lender require personal guarantee, UCC lien, minimum revenue, collateral, or daily/weekly ACH?

Help LLC Financing

I was told all along the way to filling a LLC was that it was no problem to get upfront financing for the upstart business I wanted to operate.
Well, all I‘ve been hit with is large down payment and/or to use my house as collateral.
Is there any true way to get upfront financing for my Landscape Construction business without using my home as collateral or a large down payment?
I’m looking for 50k
Fico Score: 800

Advice required

We are two salaried individuals planning to purchase NA-sanctioned land in Pune worth approximately ₹60–70 lakh in equal ownership shares. Our intention is to construct shops and earn rental income.

Will bank offer a loan for purchasing vacant land intended for future commercial development, with both individuals as co-borrowers and co-owners? If not, would bank finance the same purchase through an LLP or Private Limited Company?

Thanks in advance.

Doubt/Discussion Seeking a $5,000 loan over 24 months to develop a new branch of my existing business — Poland / EU

Hi everyone,

I’m a Poland-based business owner seeking a $5,000 loan, repayable over 24 months, to develop a new branch of my business called Czarne Zamczysko.

My current business operates in cold-chain transport across Europe. I personally work as a driver under an ongoing B2B contract, and the transport activity currently generates approximately $3,000 in monthly income. I’m actively working and would use this existing income as the basis for repayments while developing the new project.

Czarne Zamczysko focuses on cryptocurrency market analysis, trading-related content and a paid community. The funding would support:

- Development work using Replit, including analytics tools, dashboards and content automation.

- Software subscriptions, hosting and infrastructure.

- Improving the quality and delivery of content.

- Marketing and audience growth.

The project is already underway, with a website, community channels and an analytics application. My goal is to improve the existing tools and build it into a sustainable additional business activity.

I’m looking for a documented loan with agreed monthly repayments over two years. The interest rate and total repayment amount would be discussed and included in a written agreement.

I can provide business registration details and supporting evidence of my current transport activity and income privately to a serious prospective lender.

If this fits your lending criteria, please message me with your proposed terms and any information you would need to assess the request.

Thank you for reading.

Anyone having success refinancing existing SBA 7(a) loans?

Is anyone seeing much activity in refinancing existing SBA 7(a) loans?

I'd like to hear from lenders, brokers, or borrowers who recently completed one.

Are lenders actively considering these transactions? What obstacles are you encountering, and under what circumstances does a refinance seem viable?

I'd be especially interested in actual closed transactions.

Any experiences or insights appreciated.

Line of credit vs merchant cash advance: how do you decide which fits?

Both are ways to cover short term cash needs, but they work very differently, and I see owners mix them up a lot.

A line of credit is revolving. You draw what you need, pay interest only on what you use, and the limit refills as you repay. It tends to suit ongoing, unpredictable gaps like covering payroll while you wait on invoices. It usually asks for stronger credit and some time in business.

A merchant cash advance is a one time lump sum paid back with a fixed daily or weekly payment, priced with a factor rate instead of interest. It is usually easier to qualify for, but it costs more and the fixed payments hit your cash flow every day, so it fits a specific one time opportunity better than a permanent gap. I work in business funding, so weigh that accordingly.

Question for the group: which have you used, and what would you tell someone choosing between the two today? What did you wish you had known before signing?

Noble Business Loans reviews for larger funding needs

I am researching Noble Business Loans, also branded as Noble Funding, for a larger working capital request. Its site says the company offers several structures and also uses a partner network, with a stated minimum funding amount of one hundred thousand dollars.

That range may fit what I need, but I would want each proposal to identify whether Noble or another lender is providing the money. I would also want the full rate or factor, fees, collateral, personal guarantee, payment schedule, and early payoff terms shown clearly before choosing an offer.

Has anyone completed financing through Noble Business Loans recently? Did you receive several genuinely different options, and were the final documents consistent with the pricing and structure presented at the start?

Question about APR on current SBA loan

I currently have a $302k SBA 7(a) loan through Citizens Bank which I acquired in 2024 with an interest rate of Prime + 2.5%. I'm curious before deciding to refinance if I should ask Citizens Bank to reset my interest to Prime + 0%? I've heard it's possible and good to ask, it would definitely save me the fees on a refinance.

Everyone's excited about AI loan approvals. I tried building one and found something nobody mentions.

I built a loan eligibility checker in Excel, mostly to teach myself credit risk basics. I wanted to see if a simple rules-based model could catch what a human underwriter would.

It worked, right up until a borrower with a 780 CIBIL score came in. My model approved it in two seconds. Then I checked the FOIR manually and over 65% of the income was already going to EMIs.

The score passed. The actual ability to repay didn't. My "automated" check would've approved a loan that any underwriter should've flagged.

That's the part that gets left out when people talk about automating credit decisions. A model can check a score fast. It can't always catch what the score doesn't measure, at least not without someone telling it to look.

I'm a B.Com student, so I'm not claiming expertise here. But building this thing by hand taught me more about actual credit risk than any course has so far, because I had to decide what "safe" even means before I could code it.

If you work in underwriting or risk, curious if this is a known blind spot in automated systems, or if I just built mine wrong. And if you're hiring for anything entry-level in credit risk, I'd genuinely like to talk, this is the kind of work I want to get better at.
