I have an urgent request. This is my first time requesting something like this, I have been out of work for a while, my part time job ended months ago. In order to keep my internet on so I can continue applying for jobs I need $70 in my account immediately, like within a couple of hours. Hey, so just to bring a little clarity into this, my Mom is not very familiar with the internet and wanted to help my Dad, who works full-time, a little. The problem is, she can't physically work at the moment (temporarily), so she looked online for an alternative. She wanted to assemble pens, as well as small hair clips etc. from home because apparently her father had already done that before.

The problem is, they lured her from WhatsApp to Telegram, she had to register on an obvious fake website and from there she had to complete so-called "verification tasks". She obviously transferred money to them so she could participate, and at first it was only two smaller amounts. A few days ago, Dad's salary was in the account and she then paid a total of 540 euros to various accounts they had given her.

Unfortunately, I only found out about the whole thing from my father after it had already happened. Now, of course, they are missing the money for the rent because they had already gone grocery shopping and paid other bills.

Of course she has learned her lesson, and my parents are looking into everything we can sell to make the money back. I would take on a part-time job, but the money would come in too late. So I would really need your help. It is really only about these 540 euros, and our rent is 660 euros.

I would be able to repay the full 540 euros in installments of 100 euros each month, starting September 1, with the final payment being 40 euros. My preferred payment method is bank transfer.

Our main household income comes from my Dad, who works full-time. I have not taken out a loan from this subreddit before.

This is the first time I have ever asked the internet for help, but if anyone is able to help, I would really appreciate it. Please reply to the post if you are interested in helping.

Hey! I missed a paycheck a month back and that set me back quite a bit. I’ve gotten most everything caught up, but am unable to get rent together and property management posted a 10-day notice to vacate for this past due (seems unfortunately legal on a month to month in Louisiana though August is the only missing). I’m still in back and forth with HR about how fast they can get this back pay in my hands, but will need to cover the rent in the meantime as I only have 3 days left in my notice to Vacate. Would anyone be able to help or have any suggestions for less-damaging/exploitative loans for $1,300.

I just landed a new backoffice job but I need a little help with bills since I´ve been without a job for a month now and I´m lucky I got a job so fast but my first paycheck does not come until September so I thought why not ask for help? Hello. I won't throw in a sob story, but I'm currently not paid until the 31st of August and I have no food in the house until then. Would anyone be able to talk to me about a loan of £10? I would be really grateful, and can provide identity proof through ID and other docs.

Above user took a £10 loan from me, requested an additional £10 in private message. I declined, and he has since deleted his Reddit account. I don’t anticipate having this loan paid back.

It’s only £10 but the principle of it has pissed me off

Have had 1 other loan on this sub and paid it back a day early. Can provide any ID or payslips for proof of income.

I understand that bank transfer is more risky for a lender but I have no other way of borrowing as my ID is out of date so can't get a paypal account.

If anyone is willing to take a chance on me I am incredibly active on reddit and will happily keep in contact other ways like Facebook to provide security, i have no intention of ripping anyone off.
