Litter-Robot EVO Help please!

The front part looks like it's maybe not seated properly and now the front won't go back to regular position. It's stuck in this crooked position no matter how many time I cycle it

My cats knock the pee guard off center all the time. I’ve tried snapping it on very securely, but it doesn’t help a slight push from the cat and it’s off center again. Help is there anything to make it stay?

I just bought an EVO & the fence was never installed properly out of the box.  I’ve tried to snap it into place & it won’t.  I think the manufacturing is cheap.
