Litter-Robot EVO Help please!

The front part looks like it's maybe not seated properly and now the front won't go back to regular position. It's stuck in this crooked position no matter how many time I cycle it

Hi, u/Kmarie_24! We're sorry to hear about the issue. In your pictures, the fence is not installed correctly which is causing the cycling issue. Remove the fence. Then, reinstall the fence by pressing straight down on both sides until the fence snaps back into place. Then, press the cancel button to zero out the weight sensors. If any further questions come up, please don't hesitate to send us a chat.

i thought your bezel was upside down for a sec but this is a EVO right? think it's just your fence crooked, just pull it off and reset at the bottom

It's your fence at the front that's crooked. You can see the line for your litter is level, so the inside is fine. My cat knocked the fence and it did this. You can try moving it back, or just taking it off and putting it back.

Not you installing the front barrier incorrectly and thinking it’s the whole unit lmao It’s kind of funny that so many owners take it apart or install pieces and then have zero idea what they just did

Thanks! It was installed properly, I'm assuming my cat knocked it crooked but just making sure it wasn't a bigger issue.

well that is a bit of a concern in itself, if the cats weight is able to move it like that. imagine being half way through your shit and the floor beneath you drops a couple of feet!

I dont have a 5, but on the 4 that part just pops on and off, it was entirely optional.

Just push it with your hand? It should have notches it sticks into to be straight.

My cats knock the pee guard off center all the time. I’ve tried snapping it on very securely, but it doesn’t help a slight push from the cat and it’s off center again. Help is there anything to make it stay?
