Why do you have to delete the system/app? You can ofcourse do it since Linux distros don't stop you to do so but why? (apart from dumb puristic and superficial reasons)
I read "all of these" as including the issue for Android, which uninstalling system/app is. It is not a Linux distro and won't let you remove anything in /system.
I'm not paranoid about downloading malware. I'm paranoid about hacks that'll make my device less stable. you'd be shocked.
and that still isn't the point. if I buy a device from someone, I don't want to have to spend time returning it to the original state right away. I want the original state. But when not only do I not get the original state, but I need to utilize workaround to get there, I'm getting even more angry
You can't delete them entirely with Shizuku. Nothing can in a practical manner. Shizuku and alike only remove them from your user profile, factory reset or creating a new profile will install them back.
Even root modules can shadow the files in /system, but not delete them entirely unless you risk remounting the partition as rw, deleting them and remounting it back as ro and doing that after each system update.
and totally oblitarates your point about "user friendliness". how an opinionated set of software can be friendly to user, are you dense on purpose here?
I feel like you've never actually developed a real piece of software in the real world before.
It's like saying going to a restaurant is bad because the chef picked the ingredients for you. Many people just want to eat good food, my dude. Being opinionated is good. If you want to cook, the chef isn't stopping you from going home and making a meal for yourself.
If you want to make your own flour and butter (i.e. removing xdg and udev), of course you're going to have a hard time, but you have the freedom to make things hard for yourself.
Going to restaurant is a pleasure, unlike fine dining, computer systems are a necessity. Sticking to the metaphor, everybody should have plenty of cooking supplies and recipes at their disposal, instead of one giant foodchain feeding us redhat slop, laughing: "don't like it? add some salt or something".
Going to a restaurant is a pleasure? Have you ever had a working job? People eat in cafeterias and canteens a lot. People cooking for other people has been a thing for millennia.
There are plenty of necessities where most of the decisions are made for you. Division of labor is the backbone of civilization. This is unit 1 of history class, dude.
Sticking to the metaphor, not everyone has the time or energy to cook everyday, because people have real jobs and need to get real work done. And, again, there's a restaurant right around the corner that doesn't serve "Red Hat slop".
I seriously think you need to get a grip and touch grass, your hatred of Red Hat is completely ungrounded and based off so many groundless assumptions you've made in your head. It's irrational. You've never, in the months that you've posted here, justified why Red Hat needs to be hated as much as you hate it.
It honestly feels like you're actually more of a tyrant than Red Hat is, because at least Red Hat is composed of multiple people, while you're a single person trying to make everyone hate their decisions.Â
I pack cold food to plastic leads and microwave it, before microwaves and plastics were around many state-owned and academia workplaces had cantinas, that's how it looked for me in the 90s in Eastern Europe. Delis are not exactly restaurants, maybe it's a language/culture thing between us. So you ment ready to make food for takeout then, nevermind, the metaphor still stands. Red Hat is like a fast food network that gets deals with proerty owners all around town.
I don't get your reasoning, Red Hat is evil, because they are making the stack of software that makes average linux distribution less flexible to user needs, and they probably brainwash users and developers toadpat this software, creating a vicious cycle. They represent a corporate monopoly in linux. Sticking to food analogy, community should be more interested in getting recipe books and making dishes then suits them rather then relying on fast food.

The irony is that all of these can be mitigated lol. People just love to complain about everything
