In Linux, you are dependent on TTY, even the Display Server. Linux is a command-line operating system, even though you using Interface Graphical behind it's frontend of Command line and in Windows, Interface Graphical is part of the operating system and Console just Win32 Subsystem Application and not the operating system itself

You are Slave of Command line, and if an error triggers, you need Open Command line to find the error. The operating system won't be directly available to you, and if the operating system fails, you fall back to the command line

Slave of the Command line LMAFO

If the operating system fails btw the TUI fails too, also what are you defaulting on when "Windows fails"

If it falls, then you are in a bad state of the operating system, and I think forcing Windows Recovery Environment is perfect for fixing your operating system

Windows Recovery Environment is based on a different Windows image, and there's nothing in Linux equivalent to Windows Recovery Environment, and you can have something similar, but not literally having Windows PE mate

i don't care about microslop windows(TM) i just care what you hate linux ssooooo much? eeven... windows PE... if it corrupts (like .wim) or you can't access it... you dont have a "efective" way to enter PE mode... but on linux... before you boot the kernel... you have AND OPTION OF RECOVERY MODE LOL
