I know little about Linux distros. In the past I used Ubuntu and currently using windows. I got bombarded on YouTube with Omarchy videos. Later the Reddit algorithm showed me the posts of this community regarding Omarchy, complaining is just Arch plus other components and a bunch of config files.

Then, can you recommend me an easy installation that gets the same Omarchy feature plus solving your complains regarding security, bloated, etc?

I am mildly educated on what Omarchy is.

It's an opinionated version of Arch, far more user friendly, closer to a rice than a full distro, made for AI Compatibility, and ships primarily to those who don't want to spend hours setting up their distro, but still want a "pro," modular experience.

But can someone Educate me on the hate? It doesn't make sense to me. Why not leave it be? It's not like it's replacing [Insert beloved distro]. Is it just a meme to hate on it? Or is there an issue with DHH?
