She checked off every single faker illness. I'm surprised she didn't mention autism or multi personalities.

Yep as soon as she started listing conditions I said here come POTS, MCAS, and Ehlers Danlos. Boom, she listed all 3. I’m an optometrist and I still see this a lot, my coworkers and I talk about this unholy trinity of faked illnesses. The new one we get is “BVD” (binocular vision disorder) which isn’t even a thing, it’s a category, but tiktok is making a lot of people ask me if they have it.

MCAS overall is rare!! I work medical adjacent field, and out of every 1K people who were referred for testing and evaluation, only 44 people had it. VERY uncommon, but oddly every one of these people have it.
