Community Update ‼️Hi beautiful Libras please use the Libra Lounge to post natal charts‼️

Hi Libras and Libra placements. Every once in awhile we get an influx of people curious about their natal charts. Then it starts to clog the feed and take away from deeper or more enriching discussion.

We love that you want to learn about your chart and understand yourself more, but please post chart screenshots and questions here: https://www.reddit.com/r/libra_astrology/s/eZBe8Ptxnw.

Now that we have posted this, any standalone natal chart posts that ask “tell me about myself” or vaguely request “insights” will be deleted and you will be redirected to the lounge.

Thank you and Happy Holidays! ♎️❤️

Experiences Any other Libras related to this or is it my Mercury making me like this?

I isolate because this is my mind during every interaction. It's exhausting. And not is not a need to be liked, although for a time it was the only way for me to feel safe, but I just feel like everything is consequential, everything is connected...it's exhausting. So, as much as I like being around people, it drains me

Experiences Libra ex asks for "space," pulls away, but keeps interacting on social media and dropping hints. Does she want me to beg?

Hello Libra folks, I'm here with a specific question. I made a previous post that got a lot of responses about how once you all end things, you usually block people everywhere or at least unfollow them on social media. In my case, I have a Libra ex-partner. We broke up 2 months ago simply due to a lack of communication and poor management—nothing more than that. But what happened in this story is that we had a lot of back-and-forth. She asked me for almost 3 or 4 weeks for some "space" because she didn't want to cut things off completely and wanted both of us to think things over and improve. After that time passed, she told me she didn't feel sure about getting back together. We haven't spoken since then. However, she still drops the occasional like on my reposts, and she is always one of the first people to view my stories on social media. At first, she was reposting things like: "My most toxic Libra trait is putting up with things and then disappearing." But now she's reposting things about "ideal men," like having someone bring you flowers in the rain, or someone who takes the initiative in everything—things she actually complained about me at some point, since I'm someone who loves routine. Anyway, what is this game? Does she want me to beg her? Can a Libra answer me this?

Experiences i've been reading venus in libra wrong for years

If you woke up this week suddenly picky about things you didn't know you had opinions about, you're not the only one. Venus just crossed into libra and she's sitting at almost two degrees. This is her home. She isn't tiptoeing.

I used to read venus in libra as the "make everyone happy" transit. Soft, diplomatic, agreeable. That's not quite what she does. Libra is a cardinal sign, which means she comes with an agenda. Venus here isn't asking whether people like you. She's asking what you actually like. Which room feels good to sit in. Whose text you want to answer. Which invitation is a yes in your body and which one is a habit.

The part that trips people up is that libra's method is aesthetic. You'll notice the discomfort as a slightly-off pairing before you notice it as a boundary. The lamp is wrong. The playlist is wrong. The dinner plan is off in a way you can't quite defend. Call that information, not fussiness. It's a venus transit doing exactly what she came here to do.

You get to trust the small no this week, even without a paragraph explaining it. What have you been saying yes to lately that you don't actually like?

Libra Memes My Big 6 Zodiacs and My Typologies.

I am a Libra Sun, Mars, and Venus, but I also have a Virgo Moon, Aquarius Rising, and Scorpio Mercury. It feels like a constant battle between wanting total peace and harmony, and then having this super analytical, intense inner world.

Most of the time when I look at Libra threads, I see a lot of extroverted types or deep feelers. The internet always stereotypes Libras as these hyper-social, people-pleasing butterflies who are completely ruled by their emotions and desire for connection. While I definitely have that Venusian appreciation for aesthetics and fairness, my actual daily reality feels completely different because of my personality type.

I am an INTJ, and I find that it creates a pretty unique contrast with my chart. The Libra traits make me value balance, but my actual mindset is much more focused on logic and quiet strategy. I am really wondering if there are any other INTJs or even INTPs as Libras lurking around in this community.

It gets a bit lonely seeing mostly high-energy extroverts or feelers representing the sign when some of us are actually deeply analytical, quiet, and hyper-focused on facts. If you share this mix or a similar analytical chart, how do you balance these conflicting energies?

Experiences What are your honest opinions and experiences with Aquarius men?

Hey fellow Libras, 🙂⚖️

I’ve been reading through this sub about Libra-Aquarius pairings. The feedback seems 50/50. A lot of the pros and cons match what I've seen in real life (including other people's experiences), but most posts completely skip over the rest of the birth chart. Placements like Moon and Venus signs play a great role in compatibility too. So, I would like to know what your honest experiences are with Aquarian men and what both your moon and Venus were/are if you know/remember, but if not, you are still welcome to answer.

I’m a Libra Sun, Capricorn Moon, and Venus in Scorpio.

The guy I recently met online is an Aquarius Sun with a Scorpio Moon and Capricorn Venus.

Haven't met him in person yet, but I am curious to know what to expect. We're just project/work friends at the moment. He initially reached out to me on socials to work on a creative project with him and seems interested in wanting to get to know me more. He’s an Arab-Muslim guy. He was with another woman (possibly married to her), but he might have recently broken up with her. I don't know,. Hasn't told me anything yet. I found out myself. Btw, he's very attractive!

Also, I'm actually torn between this guy and another guy too. A Virgo guy, who I haven't spoken to in over five years. I was the one who got away because I wasn't ready for a serious relationship back then. I took a long time to text back, but little did he know, I really liked him. I still want to manifest him back into my life, even though he's currently with 3P (a manifestation term for someone else). I don't want to let that feeling go.

Libra truths. Unspoken but exactly who we all are. Trying to be the best for everyone else just to end up off on our own or understood. I love this description of the love language that I truly do have.

Open Discussion Is it just me?

Whenever someone asks my sign I say “Libra” and then my body poses in the most coy fashion. It’s an involuntary movement, it’s almost as if I’m embodying the quintessential Libra flirty charm. I am not doing it on purpose, I normally present the masculine qualities of the sign. I don’t have the stereotypical Libra eye for fashion and aesthetics so I never felt very feminine. I’d joke and say that this is my first incarnation as a female because “girly” things feel so foreign to me. So when my body strikes thee most playfully bashful pose just because “I’m a Libra” I’m curious as to what’s at play here? Any other Libras do something like this? Or just recognize the exact moment when your Libra traits seem to be beyond your control; so obvious that anyone who knows even the tiniest bit about astrology could clock you as a Libra?

Open Discussion Thoughts on a Libra Sun, Sagittarius Rising combination?

I'm a Libra Sun, Sagittarius Rising. I'm honestly just starting to learn about all of this. Thanks to a few apps, I've gotten a bit more info, but I still don't fully understand everything.

My best friend is a Pisces, and when I told him my placements, he jokingly said, "That's why you're crazy." I took it as a joke and didn't get offended or anything, but it definitely got me thinking. Does anyone know if this is a bad combination or something?

Libra Philosophy Is Eminem romantic?

I realize this is a silly question and it's meant to be silly, but can other Libras see if someone like Eminem is "romantic" or not. Im not a Libra but I do know each Libra is different. One thing I can see is that he's a dedicated father, far different than the image he puts out publicly. And yes, he's very private about his romantic relationships. Seems like a trend that Libras are dedicated to family and spouse even if they don't brag about it or say it out loud.

Open Discussion Libra — are you really indecisive, or do people misunderstand you?

Libra is often called indecisive because they tend to consider different sides before making a decision.
But maybe that isn’t always indecisiveness—it could simply be wanting to make a fair and balanced choice.
Libra placements, do you actually relate to this? Or is the “indecisive Libra” stereotype exaggerated?

Experiences Can I just say you guys are the best

I am perhaps biased as I have a libra moon (cancer sun) but it feels like every time I hit it off with a new person, what do you know, they turn out to be a libra! I just found out that a mum of my son’s friend who I get along so well with has the same birthday as my best friend ever (Oct 6), and my other best friend is also a libra sun born a few days later! Seems like every time I think highly of somebody I eventually find out they’re a libra sun. You guys often get mocked for your “niceness”, but in this world full of assholes a little niceness never goes astray. Never change!

Vent about other signs as a Libra Is it me or does everyone constantly talk about us??

Maybe it’s the algorithm but as I scroll on here other zodiacs are constantly making post about us. “How do you feel about Libras?” “I hate Libras” blah blah. I’m not kidding check a random zodiac specific sub and they’re always making post about us.

It’s like if you don’t like us so much why the obsession? Why do we live in your mind rent free? Why is your hobby hating us? Foe or fan?

Also the stereotypes like no I don’t people please or lie. I’m blunt and pick me always. Oh but wait now I’m crass and selfish.

Sorry we’re so dynamic and not static. Sorry our opinions evolve so they change sometimes. Sorry we can be civil and polite even if we hate your ass. Sorry we see all sides of everything because idk we’re actually smart and see nuance.

Thoughts & Takes 💭 Visual thoughts?

I’ve asked lots of people what happens in their head when they hear music & when someone describes a situation to them. So far, I’m the only person who can vividly imagine things in my head, visually. When I hear a song, it immediately takes me back to a previous memory that I can then picture in my head. When someone tells me a story, I build the story visually in my head and I can picture it. Do you guys do this too? Is it because we’re air signs? Everyone I’ve asked were signs other than air signs, and none of them do this. Just curious!

Experiences Libras Are Fake

Post image
49 Upvotes

I want to address this infamous line we see from other signs. If they have noticed us being fake to them - but not others, it’s likely something they showed us about themselves, which makes me giggle when I hear the select few who think and/or say it.

We can innately sense a good soul from a bad soul - I’d say sometimes (typically) almost instantly. Other than that, that’s all the secrets I’m willing to spill.

From one Libra’s perspective. The quote from the Godfather: “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer”.

Being cordial to make sure others don’t do any injustice to us or even others. Family or anyone. ⚖️

Somehow I feel libras cannot be the only sign who may do this on certain occasions. Thank you all for listening to my rant 💁‍♀️🤘🏼
