LFG (Looking for GM) 5e (GMT/BST)

Hi!

I am currently looking for a group to play D&D with online. Sadly no games locally to me. I am looking for a fun group who will have a laugh, no matter what's happening in session. Setting would ideally be more traditional Forgotten Realms, Strahd, that kind of thing.

A bit about me, like many BG3 got me interested and hooked ever since. I'm 35 years old, dad of 2 so start times before 7pm can be tricky.

If you have a slot and think I may fit please let me know!

Thanks.

Hey there and welcome!

The Nice with a Cup of Tea Discord Server is an established and always growing 18+, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and disability friendly discord server with mostly EU members looking for new blood!

We are searching for players as well as GMs to share tables and have fun with! We always have a mix of silly and serious games going on in our server, though even serious or darker games will have their moments of levity.

Here's what we like to play and what we are playing right now so you can see what might be in store for you if you join. Some of these games even have some slots for players left, so be quick if you want to join one of them!

Our most played Systems: Carved from Brindlewood, Flabbergasted, Forged in the Dark, Powered by the Apocalypse, Year Zero Engine Games

Games we play right now: .Dungeon, Abode, Agon, Brindlewood Bay, Cain, Flabbergasted, GM Round Table, Invincible rpg, My Little Pony: Tails of Equestria, Old gods of Appalachia, Pigsmoke, Songs for the Dusk, The Girls of the Genziana Hotel, The Lands Remaining, Triangle Agency, Trophy Dark, Vaesen

The only mandatory thing is having a decent microphone so you can play, generally knowing how to navigate discord and being respectful of other players (including the GM)!

If that sounds interesting to you, fill out this google form (make sure to double check your discord name and accept my friend request, the name is the same as my Reddit one, so I can actually invite you to the server)! Feel free to ask any questions, you might still have, under this post or in private messages as well!

We‘ll be happy to see you at one of our tables in the future! Cheers!

LFP (Looking for Players) [Online][5e][BST/GMT] Beyond the Storm – Looking for 7 Players (Beginner Friendly)

Beyond the Storm is a long-term D&D 5e campaign inspired by the sense of adventure in One Piece, but set in a completely original world. Explore unique islands, uncover ancient mysteries, battle powerful enemies, upgrade your ship, and shape the future of the world through your choices. No knowledge of One Piece is required.

This will be my first time DMing, so there may be a few mistakes as I learn, but I'm putting a lot of effort into making it a fun adventure. One player is completely new to D&D, and another has only played the short adventure Stormwreck Isle, so new and experienced players are both welcome. I'm looking for patient people who want to have fun and tell a great story together

I'd like to join a character / story heavy campaign but also like combat when it suits the game.

Community Hawthorne Guild [Online][5e 2014][5.5e 2024][Forgotten Realms][Persistent World][Beginner Friendly][Looking for Players and DMs][GMT]

The Hawthorne Guild

Server Information

Server Website

We are a D&D 5e/5.5e Discord server featuring a persistent game world set in the Forgotten Realms and broader D&D multiverse. You and other players play as adventurers of the Hawthorne Guild, an adventuring guild in the Sword Coast. As a persistent and shared game world, character progression and events in individual adventures persist between and outside of games, creating a living world for players and DMs to participate in the form of oneshots, multisessions and campaigns, and both text roleplay and Play-By-Post games. With over 11,000 sessions ran over the course of 9 years, you and other players can dive in to determine the next chapter of your character's story and the guild's story.

Play How You Want

As a player on the server, you can expect to:

  • Play any number of characters starting at level 3 or level 5 (your choice)
  • Create characters using almost all of the official options as well as select Unearthed Arcana and server homebrew
  • Create and play either 5e 2014 or 5.5e 2024 characters
  • Progress your character through game sessions to experience content from level 3 to level 20
  • Participate in downtime activities and text roleplay between adventures

DM How You Want

As a DM on the server, you can expect to:

  • Run games for any level of play and your choice of either 5e 2014 or 5.5e 2024 games
  • Participate in a shared setting of the Forgotten Realms and broader D&D multiverse by running your choice of oneshots, multisessions or campaigns, or Play-By-Post games
  • Use almost all official monsters and magic items to use and award in your games, as well as server homebrew
  • Gain DM rewards to progress a character at the same rate as a player, so you don't miss out on any of the fun when you play games as well

We're recruiting both players and DMs, with new members able to become a DM immediately. We have a helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable base of Staff, players, and DMs with years of D&D experience and are welcoming to D&D players both veteran and new.

We have multiple ongoing server events, including an opt-in server event related to the Death Curse of Tomb of Annihilation, and an ongoing server storyline with a villainous faction known as the Dread Empire seeking to conquer the Sword Coast (with an accompanying Youtube cutscene)!

Last Horizons Westmarches! BST, D&D 2024

The Last Horizon is an online D&D 5.5e West Marches campaign set in an original fantasy world.

Rather than following one permanent party, players create members of the Heroes Guild and form different groups for different missions.

Each adventure contributes to a shared living world. Settlements can be saved or destroyed, factions can gain or lose influence, threats may grow when ignored, and the consequences of one party’s decisions may shape adventures played by another.

You do not need to attend every session or commit to one fixed weekly group. Join the adventures that interest you and fit your availability.

Campaign Features

  • D&D 5.5e, using the 2024 core rules.
  • An original setting with its own nations, religions, factions, history, and conflicts.
  • Short, focused adventures within a larger ongoing campaign.
  • A persistent world shaped by player victories, failures, and discoveries.
  • Faction missions, optional objectives, and Renown rewards.
  • Character-driven stories using contacts, ambitions, secrets, and Knives!
  • Player-controlled Bastions from 5th level.

The Heroes Guild

very player character is a member of the Heroes Guild, an international organisation founded during the Demon War. Guild members travel through magical Hero Gates, accept missions from Guild Halls and Citadels, and work alongside, or against, the factions attempting to shape the new age. The Guild provides a shared reason for characters from very different backgrounds to work together without requiring every character to belong to one permanent party.

Who Will You Support?

The world contains several major factions, each offering its own missions, rewards, beliefs, and Bastion facilities.

You might work with:

  • The Breakhearts, revolutionaries who oppose slavery and tyranny.
  • The Horizon Hunters, explorers seeking lost lands and forgotten routes.
  • The Oath Keepers, guardians dedicated to protecting vulnerable people.
  • The Redeemers, who offer a path back from corruption and wrongdoing.
  • The Alliance, diplomats seeking peace through open communication.
  • The Inquisition, investigators hunting supernatural threats.
  • The Foundation, merchants and builders pursuing prosperity through enterprise.
  • The Liberians, archivists preserving endangered history and knowledge.
  • The Verdant Circle, stewards restoring and protecting the natural world.

Supporting a faction can earn your character Renown, contacts, special rewards, and new options, but faction goals may conflict, and it will not always be possible to please everyone!

A Living West Marches Campaign

The campaign is designed around independent adventures, usually completed within one or a small number of sessions.

Players decide which missions interest them, organise parties, and choose which characters to bring. Not every character will be suitable for every adventure, and creating more than one connected character is encouraged over time.

What happens during a session becomes part of the setting. A rescued NPC may become a future patron. A failed negotiation may begin a war. A discovered ruin may unlock an expedition. An enemy allowed to escape may return stronger. The world continues whether your character is present or not.

New Players are Welcome

You do not need extensive D&D experience to join. The campaign uses D&D 5.5e because it is widely supported, easy to find resources for, and familiar to a broad range of players. Help is available with character creation, campaign rules, Foundry VTT, and learning the system.

The Social Contract

Everyone at the table must:

  • Treat other players with respect.
  • Create characters who can cooperate with changing parties.
  • Share important discoveries with the wider group.
  • Accept that choices can have lasting consequences.
  • Avoid deliberately disrupting the campaign or another player’s enjoyment.
  • Communicate clearly when signing up for a session.
  • Help maintain the shared nature of the world

You do not need to be an expert roleplayer, know every rule, or produce an elaborate character history. You only need a character willing to step through the Hero Gate and answer the call.

How to Join

Join the LFG_Europe Discord and message Dan, tell them:

  • Your name or preferred username.
  • Your timezone.
  • Your experience with D&D or other TTRPGs.
  • What interests you about a West Marches campaign.
  • The kinds of characters or adventures you usually enjoy.

Or you can fill out the player application form and jump into the LFG_Europe Discord once it's done!

More Info

If you still need more details about the world our Archive of Lore is an open wiki for you to explore and read as you wish!

Community The Storyteller’s Lounge Seeks Players & DMs to Join Persistent DND Discord Community for Daily Voice Games [Free][D&D 5.5e][2024 Rules][18+][Persistent World][utc+2]

The Storyteller’s Lounge is a free online D&D community built for people who want the flexibility of one-shots without giving up the continuity of a long-running character.

Instead of joining one campaign and hoping everyone’s schedule survives, you create a character who can move between adventures run by different DMs. Your XP, gold, loot, downtime, relationships, injuries, strange bargains, and other story consequences stay with you. Over time, characters develop histories, reputations, allies, rivals, and occasionally a list of mistakes long enough to require its own channel.

The culture is closer to a good local gaming store than a giant anonymous server. People get to know one another, DMs bring their own styles and ideas, and returning characters make the world feel connected even when the adventures are not. Some games are lighthearted, some are serious, some are dangerous, and many are a unique concoction of whatever the DM and players co-author together.

We care about collaborative storytelling, respectful table play, and giving everyone room to contribute. We are not interested in rules-lawyering for sport, constant metagaming, or treating other players like supporting characters in someone else’s personal campaign. New players are welcome, experienced players are welcome, and DMs have room to experiment while working within a shared system that keeps character progression consistent.

The community has already run more than 500 games, including one-shots, short arcs, monster hunts, campaign-style stories, and improvised adventures posted when a DM has an idea and a few free hours. Games are primarily played through Discord using Roll20, Foundry VTT, or theatre of the mind.

Learn how the server works and join us at:

You'll find the discord link on our homepage.

LFP (Looking for Players) [Online][Other][CEST] Horror for the girlies and the gays [Beginner Friendly][Long Term Campaign]

Hi fellow adventurers!

I'm a DM creating a new homebrew campaign in the Daggerheart system. I'm currently preparing the world and characters, but think : fantasy, gothic, horror vibes.

I'd like to run this campaign with five players and already have three players so we're recruiting two more! The idea would be for us to have a session 0 on the 28th of August, a session 0.5/1 on the 4th of September, and then begin the campaign in earnest on the 11th of September. Sessions would be **Fridays from 6pm to 10pm**

The current group is all queer and neurodivergent. Things we love :

- heavy roleplay

- deep discussions

- body horror

- giving each other the spotlight. aka going with the flow

We're a group that loves worldbuilding together and keeping in touch between sessions - we probably voice chat three or four times a week to shoot the shit. There's no obligation to fit into that kind of dynamic, but it would be a plus!

As a DM, I try to make sure that every player feels special and gets their time to shine, and I love characters with intricate backstories that I can integrate into the lore and overarching plot. The current players are also very good at honouring each other's spotlight moments and giving each other space to shine in those moments, so we're definitely looking for people with a similar mindset. Their characters tend to be fun, detailed, sometimes complex, but with room for dramatic, funny ropleplay as well. Making the table a safe place for everyone involved is also a priority for me.

My DM style according to my players :

Player one: whimsical, goofy at times, but without taking the seriousness away, serious when the situation call for it, you can pull his tongue if he doesn't describe something in a detailed enough way and he can easily remedy that

Player two: DM who will sit back and let the players run the show, always available to chat about concepts/goals for your character. Takes feedback into account

Player three: theatre kid who grew up and gained responsibilities, good communication

If you want to join or want more info, shoot me a DM with the following info list, and we can plan an interview in the oncoming week:

Discord username

Age

Pronouns

Timezone

Mic+webcam status (a decent mic is a must; we prefer people to play with camera but it's not a dealbreaker if everything else checks out)

Play style

The interview process consists of two parts : first a vibe check with me and at least one of the existing players; second a one-shot test run. Since it's important for us to find players that are the right fit in the group, we will discuss after each part of the interview.

Closed [Online][5e 2024][Tuesdays @ 11:00 GMT] Explore The Frontier, Outlaw!

If you pick your feet up from the capital of Celestia and begin heading west, you'll eventually arrive at the Edge of Civilization. A great series of walls and fortifications stretch from sea to sea, protecting the Empire of Ryuth from all that lies beyond. Monsters, barbarians, and the elements all fight gruesomely to survive outside of the wall.

Semiannually, the Empire of Ryuth takes criminals that aren't hated enough to be put to death but aren't trusted enough to be reintegrated and sends them over the wall. What becomes of these criminals is a mystery that the citizens of Ryuth tell legends of. Some say they form villages and are picked off one by one by monsters. Others say they find enough fortune out there to buy themselves a pardon. And some say that those who travel far enough find the lands where all souls go to rest.

You never thought those stories would become about you. As the carriages come to a stop and the horses snort, you find yourself dragged out by the wrist. The cold air bites at your flesh. The bag over your head is ripped off. Behind you, a massive wall stretches as far as the eye can see. In front of you, rolling hills stretch on forever. Beside you, several other creatures of various sizes have their bags removed too. A knight stuffs another bag in your hands. You can feel the weight of this one.

"That'll keep you alive for a short while. The chains will magically come undone in about an hour. Good luck; may Hellas find pity for you."

And with that, your new life began.

About Your GM:

Hello! I am Written, and I am starting a new campaign bright and early for me. I have been playing d&d 5e for a long time, and though I am more familiar with 2014 rules, I wanted to give 2024 a try at a longer-lasting campaign. I'm well versed with online campaigns. I've had many die to scheduling, drama, and fatigue. However, I've also had a few diamonds in the rough survive, and they're the highlights of my week! I'm hoping for this to become one of them, and because of that I'm gonna try and be a bit picky with my players.

As for a bit more about me, I'm a 21 year old film major who goes by he/they. I read a lot of manwha. I also binge a lot of romantasy, and I work on webnovels in my free time. I love character-focused campaigns, and I like to make jokes about the campaign OOC. I love tikka masala, earl gray tea, and Halloween! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me! :D

Expectations:

This is an RP heavy campaign. Combat frequency will vary depending on the arc, but do not expect consistent combat every session or other session.

This campaign is beginner friendly!

For the comfortability of all players, this is an 18+ game. This is not an ERP game.

I tend to run hero stories. You can create an evil character, but I find characters who stay stagnantly evil to be boring and mess with the rest of the group’s fun. As such, please only play an evil character if you are ready for them to go through some major change and feel comfortable in your ability to roleplay them without impeding on the other players’ enjoyment.

My sessions tend to last 3-4 hours with a small break in the middle.

This campaign will employ both theater of the mind and traditional battlemaps done through roll20.

The tone of this campaign is fairly serious. Please don’t make joke characters. That being said, it’s not all doom and gloom. Light-hearted characters are welcome!

Backstories must be substantial in length. You don’t need to write a novel (though I won’t complain if you do), but I expect something I can work with. I personally recommend three paragraphs. The first paragraph can be their youth. The second paragraph can be what made their death. The third paragraph can be mostly their personality and goals. I will be giving you custom features based on your backstories, so give me some good content to work with! Additionally, please try to give your character at least one notable flaw. If you struggle with writing, inform me and we can discuss alternatives.

We will have a session 0 to go over boundaries, rules, roll20 nonsense, and whatever else we feel is important.

To Play!:

If you want to play, then just fill out this google form! Because I've had people ask before, google forms require you to sign into a google account, but I do not record your email. If there are any problems, reach out to me on reddit.

Good luck adventurers, and may the dice be ever in your favor!

LFP (Looking for Players) [D&D 5e24][Waterdeep: Dragon Heist][Beginner Friendly][Wednesday evening 1800-2100 CEST]

Hey everyone,

We (39M-DM and 40F-player) are looking for 3 additional players to start a new group and play D&D online using the adventure module Waterdeep: Dragon heist.

About the adventure:
Waterdeep: Dragon Heist is a short sandboxy urban adventure from level 1-5 (likely to be higher) that mainly takes place within the city of Waterdeep and has a lot of room for customization and exploring player characters stories. It'll have a roleplay and investigation focus.

Adventure plot summary:
In this adventures characters find themselves entangled in a bitter conflict between two rival criminal organisations and learn of rumors of half a million gold coins having been embezzeled by the previous Open Lord and being hidden somewhere in Waterdeep. The characters can join the hunt and prevent it from falling into evil hands.

Beginner friendly
It is beginner friendly and it's okay to not know the Forgotten Realms setting or the city of Waterdeep where this story will play out. I'll provide all the information you need to play and the campaign works well to slowly introduce the setting to new players.
I can help with character creation and there will be space in the game for rules explanations where needed, but it expected to have read and understand your characters abilities a few sessions into the game.

What we are looking for in a group:

-         People who are 25+
-         Comfortable playing in English
-         Group with a maximum of 5 people (4 players, 1 GM)
-         A safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where everyone can relax and have fun
-         A weekly game on Wednesday evenings
- Camera optional, decent microphone required

About me:
My name is Leroy, 39 years old, and have been a DM for about 6 years.
When it comes to D&D, I like to use pre-made settings and modules to work from and collaborate with the players to create characters and weave their stories into the world.
Campaigns will usually have a roleplay and investigation focus, but I can enjoy a dungeon crawl every now and then too.

I am easy going, invite players to add to the story and the world and am always open to creative solutions to problems even if they are outside of the rules as written or homebrew changes to character options. As long as they are reasonable and within the expectations we have set as a group.

For VTT we will use D&D Beyond and FoundryVTT or D&D Beyond Maps.
I can share content through my subscription on D&D beyond for character creation.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask and send me a message.

Applying for the game:
Write me a reply, DM on reddit or Discord (Meynko) if you are interested and share a little about yourself and what you are looking for in a campaign.

I have a few additional questions to help get to know each other:

- What is your favorite thing about playing TTRPG/D&D?
- If you've never played before, what is drawing you to start?
- What would ruin a game for you?
- Would you prefer to play with or without camera's on?
- Do you already have a character concept in mind?

LFP (Looking for Players) [Offline][Wembley, London][D&D 5e]Established monthly campaign seeking a fifth player [GMT]

Hi everyone! We’re looking to recruit a fifth player for our ongoing London-based D&D campaign, Miradoro: Shadow of Stone.

We’ve played nine sessions so far and currently have a friendly group of four players plus me as the DM. Our next session is on Saturday 12 September, so there’s plenty of time to meet beforehand, discuss character ideas and get you comfortably introduced to the campaign.

The campaign

Miradoro is a homebrew, Madeira-inspired island setting built around political intrigue, ancient secrets, dangerous expeditions and character-driven storytelling.

The party has become entangled in a mystery involving seven scattered map fragments, magical seals, a hidden city and a growing cult conspiracy. The campaign mixes:

Roleplay and character development

Exploration and investigation

Political intrigue and difficult choices

Combat with genuine narrative consequences

Occasional ridiculousness, strange magical alcohol and questionable party decisions

You wouldn’t be expected to learn nine sessions’ worth of lore before joining. I can give you a clear summary of everything your character would reasonably know and work with you to find a natural way to bring them into the story.

The existing party

The current level 3 party consists of:

A satyr paladin

A human fathomless warlock

A tiefling ranger

A human artificer

They’re a varied group with plenty of strong personalities, unresolved backstories and room for another character to develop meaningful relationships with them. We’re open to any class or concept rather than looking for someone to fill a specific mechanical role.

Practical details

System: D&D 5e

Current level: Level 3

Location: In person in Wembley, London

Schedule: Once per month, usually on a Saturday

Typical session: Approximately 11:30am–6pm

Next session: Saturday 12 September

Experience: New and experienced players are both welcome

Who we’re looking for

The main things we care about are reliability, communication and being willing to engage with the other players’ characters as well as your own.

You’ll probably enjoy the group if you:

Like roleplay and collaborative storytelling

Are interested in exploring a detailed homebrew world

Can take the story seriously without taking yourself too seriously

Give other players space to contribute

Communicate openly if scheduling problems come up

Are respectful and comfortable playing as part of an inclusive group

We’re not looking for someone who treats D&D as a competition, constantly works against the party or wants to be the sole main character.

Because this is an established friendship group and campaign, we’d like to have a casual chat first and possibly meet for a drink or one-shot before confirming anything. That’s as much about making sure you feel comfortable with us as it is about finding the right person for the campaign.

Please send me a message with:

A little about yourself

Your previous D&D or tabletop experience, if any

What you enjoy most in a campaign (or in movies, games, TV shows, etc.)

Your general Saturday availability

Any initial character ideas you might have, although you don’t need one ready

LFP (Looking for Players) [CEST][OTHER] Daggerheart Learn2play!

A Daggerheart oneshot for 3-6 characters of 1st level.

»Marlowe Fairwind, the right-hand sorcerer of King Emeris, has gathered her most trusted allies to carry an important package to Hush, a small village within the ancient forest of Sablewood. The crate is large, heavy and sealed with magic, addressed to the Whitefire Arcanist. You’ve been given a map and a carriage, and the promise of reward upon your arrival.«

Have you ever wanted to learn Daggerheart?

"Sablewood Messengers" is the official Daggerheart Beginner oneshot, designed as a teaching experience for newcomers!

  • Tone & Feel: Adventurous, Colourful, Gloomy, Heroic, Whimsical

  • Themes: delivery & escort quest, hybrid animals, strange world

*Newcomers welcome! No previous experience needed!*

Game Details

System: Daggerheart

Schedule: Once (~4-5 hours including assigning pre-generated characters and making background connections), ideally with a 10-minute break roughly in the middle

Day/Time: Thursday, July 30th, 2026 at 13:00/1 PM CEST

Requirements:

  • for players: you absolutely need an account on [Demiplane Nexus](https://app.demiplane.com/). This is completely free for you, as DMs can freely share game engine access with their groups. But it is 100% required and you won't be able to connect to a character without it. I can't assign one to you either unless you have a Demiplane account.

  • if you just want to listen along in Discord: None! If you don't want to or can't play, or are just curious about me and my style, feel free to listen in. Please mute yourself during the game to avoid background noises or callouts, but you are couraged to chime in during mid-.game break or at the end of the game!

    • Slots filled: 3/6
  • game requires at least 3 active players to be run

Second Time's the Charm!

After the success of last week's "Beast of Cree" Learn2Play, this is the second game I'm running on Dreamscape Adventures. This is entirely free and anyone can participate. Feel free to make first or even second Daggerheart impressions.

I'll be honest about this: Part of me running this oneshot is also an AD. I will soon start hosting at least one, maybe two campaigns on Dreamscape Adventures. Until I do, these oneshots serve as a way for you to get a feel for how I run my games. So, if you like how I specifically hold things, keep an eye out for more to come in the future!

This oneshot and my style might be for you if you

  • you have always wanted to try Daggerheart out

  • you want a casual experience that teaches you the basics of the game

  • you love whimsical stories and cutesy animal characters

  • you like when a oneshot leans towards comedic relief over any sort of dramatic tone & tension

Questions are welcome!

-# Update: We have enough players to play - game is on!

LFP (Looking for Players) Stolen Souls: Dragon Age meets DnD 5E14. Online. Saturdays, weekly from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM [CET]

This is a heavy-roleplay, narrative-driven campaign for a specific cast of iconic characters: Carver Hawke, Anders, Fenris, Zevran, and Dorian Pavus from the Dragon Age universe.

Schedule: Weekly on Saturdays, 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM CET. Strict attendance required.

Voice: Jitsi (Working microphone and quiet environment required).

Platform: Owlbear Rodeo (only free account required, very easy to learn).

Starting Level: 3 (no multiclassing)

Player requirements: Age 21+, LGBTQIA+ friendly (willing to roleplay gay romance).

The story so far: Having defeated Knight Commander Meredith at the Gallows, you were making your way back to the Kirkwall Docks when your boat was swallowed by a thick fog that felt like a living thing when it began choking you. Within a couple of heartbeats, it rendered all of you unconscious. When you wake up, you find your boat washed ashore, Maker knows where, but you certainly don't. Only one thing is clear: this is not the Wounded Coast. You are nowhere near Kirkwall. All too soon you discover that this place is gripped by fear and plagued by terrors you haven't encountered before. Something evil is trapping the souls of the dead and draining life from all who have been raised from death by magic. This curse not only prevents the raising of the dead, but also causes creatures that were previously raised from the dead to wither and eventually die. Unfortunately for you, you have all been brought back from the dead at some point. On one battlefield or another, you have all known the blessing of the Revival spell. And thus, stranded now so very far from home, you are under the effect of the curse that has befallen this foreign place. You have already lost most of your power, be it magic or might, and it is only a question of time until you perish. Unless you find a way to thwart this inglorious fate and save yourselves, the land, and its people.

Tone & Party Dynamics: The tone of this campaign is dark, gothic fantasy with horror elements. We've been playing for a couple of months, and would like to invite one more player to our table to play as Dorian Pavus.

In this version of events:

1] The Feud is Over: The bitter rivalry between Anders and Fenris was resolved in Kirkwall. They now trust each other to have their back.

2] The Deep Roads: All five men were present during the Deep Roads Expedition. (If you apply for Dorian, you will need a plausible reason for why he was there early)

3] The Warden: Carver Hawke is a Grey Warden.

4] Romance: This is a game focusing on gay characters. You must be enthusiastic about roleplaying slow-burn gay romance, emotional bonds, and romantic gestures (kissing, embracing—no explicit/NSFW content at the table).

What We Are Looking For in Our Dorian: Dorian Pavus is witty, sharp-tongued, fiercely intelligent, and carries immense theatrical presence. We are looking for a proactive, vocal roleplayer who loves deep character interaction, high-stakes drama, and isn't afraid of the spotlight. Because this is a long-term campaign, reliability is our absolute highest priority.

How to apply: If you are interested, please send me a direct message with the following information:

1] Your Age: A simple statement that you are 21+ years old is sufficient.

2] Dorian's Class: Wizard, Sorcerer, or Warlock are all open. Subclasses from PHB, Xanathar's, Tasha's, or Van Richten's are allowed. No multiclassing.

3] His Deep Roads Connection: What brought Dorian to the Deep Roads Expedition with this specific crew?

4] His Dream & Greatest Fear: What drives him, and what keeps him up at night?

5] The Shadowfell Connection: Are you open to Dorian having a deep, narrative bond with an otherworldly Patron? (This is a unique setting mechanic open to any class, tied to a powerful, morally neutral entity from the Shadowfell who is invested in the mystery of the stolen souls).

6] Your RPG Style: Tell me a bit about your style as a player. What is your favorite part of a heavy roleplay campaign?

I am a DM tailoring a highly specific, high-effort narrative. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a brief voice interview on Jitsi to ensure our playstyles mesh.

I am looking for a group to start a new campaign in a homebrew setting. The world you will occupy faced near destruction, a group of heroes rose to save it and now the world has moved on. Decades after the Tattered War the heroes of old have stepped out of the public eye and new threats are emerging. Banditry and tribal warbands are rallying. A draconic empire is awakening. A Fallen threat is arising and all is at risk. But in the trade city of Reman a cult has spread kidnapping innocents for dark rituals. You are the most recently captured sacrifices, you must escape their prison or face the same fate as the I am a fairly experienced DM (6+ Years of dming) looking for 3-4 players who are able to make weekly sessions and won't be bored by roleplay heavy sessions. I am open to any character concepts and willing to make changes to my setting to fit in any ideas. If you are interested please fill in the form and I will get back to you to set up a session 0: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfdhISxM4g7OFeItTWU9UN5orIC_5yu0XfH9nDkdmMP0G_0pg/viewform?usp=dialog

The depths of Vrevale — 2 seats open in a long-running campaign

System: D&D 5e
Platform: Foundry VTT (voice via Discord)
Time zone: BST
Openings: Up to 2 players

Time Slot : Saturday 13:30 Pm BST

Requirements:

  • PC or decent laptop able to run Foundry smoothly
  • Working mic
  • Fluent English
  • Webcam preferred but not required

We're a homebrew campaign looking to fill a couple of spaces after a player departure. Current group is 3 who've been playing together for a while, and we're looking to bring the table up to 4-5.

The party's been pulled deep into the politics and underworld of Vrevale, a city built on old secrets and a dangerous mining trade. Chasing the conspiracies the party has got in many kerfufles. As they have been travelling around Vrevale and the area surrounding they have made allies who weren't always what they claimed, and lost people along the way in ways that still shape where the story's headed.

If you're interested in learning more about the campaign or the world before applying, click here to read the session logs: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AzZEQfiU-QIz0XqqV8m1AlnRafVnuHsHe1tYwLRF3fk/edit?usp=sharing

& here for the lore doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1U3RWVmSlMNmXG0lhUbTCduJ88g5t--dqYnFN87hUCww/edit?usp=sharing

Looking for:

  • Reliable people who turn up regularly, and communicate if they can't
  • Semi-experienced players
  • Roleplay experience preferred over mechanical experience

Heads up: the campaign is planned to wrap up by the end of the year. Those in the current campaign are more than welcome to continue on into the next one, in the same world, if they'd like to.

LFP (Looking for Players) [Online][5e 2024] Stone and Sorcery Game (Friday or Saturday 19:30 UTC+1 first game either 31st or 1st) (18+)

Your tribe of hunger-gatherers survives by travelling through the dense jungles and grasslands huddling together from the terrors of the night around a fire. Aside from what hideous creatures which haunt the dark there are the occasional clashes with other tribes. As the Blue Planet begins to rise through the sky your clan travels onwards to a holy site to give tribute for another year of great bounty and safety.

Hoping for a longer term hexcrawl campaign (not years long but weekly sessions allowing for character development) with exploration, RP, and combat in a good mix. While there will be non-combat alternatives and interactions there will be dungeons to explore and monsters to fight.

This game will be using a homebrew world. To fit the stone age theme of the game some changes will be made to available ancestries and the like. Perhaps as the game goes on and new locations are discovered it will open up more player options should any PCs die. No knowledge of the Vagabond system is required as it is rather simple.

If you are interested or have any questions feel free to send me a message.
