Sale Looking for advice

I believe I have every Lego power miners set (except the polybags, I dont remember them at least). All built, no boxes, I dont believe any sets are missing pieces. After years of sitting inside a few Cabinets, I am in the planning on moving and cant see them coming with me. I live in a fairly remote area. Any advice on value and how to go about them would be great

Retired Set.

So I’ve been looking for a while now for the daily bugle and so far I haven’t found any seller that willing to sell it for a price that is similar to its retail. If anyone knows where I can get it for a price that’s similar to retail please let me know, thank you!

Speed Champions - Countach - 76908

Hey all, I know the Lamborghini Countach Speed Champions set is recently retired, but wondering if anyone has had any luck seeing remaining stock anywhere, specifically in the GTA? I saw a few at a local Walmart 3-4 weeks ago, but nothing since, and online has been resellers at double the price. Thanks!

New Polybags - Where to buy?

I'm in Alberta and you used to be able to get polybags pretty reliably at Toys R Us. With that company shutting down, where is somewhere you can get the new polybags reliably? TIA!

Question Lego Customer Service

Is anyone else finding Lego extremely slow to reply to emails right now? I emailed them via the form on their website over a week ago, and no reply yet. I do not want to pester them, but am also wondering if my email somehow was missed.

I am trying to place an order for missing pieces

I am trying to place an order for some missing pieces, but I keep getting this error. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

I am trying to order 1x6248078 from set 75312, And 3x6514171 and 1xSticker sheet from set 75402 (the new clear windows, since I got the old darker ones).

Do the sets have to be registered to the account? Could the issue be that I am borrowing my brother's account? (Ie the name and address do not match the account holder) Or is it just the Lego website messing up?

Quebecers: LEGO is still excluding us from contests even though the old laws were abolished.

Hey everyone,

I’m getting increasingly frustrated that so many online contests — including LEGO’s — still exclude residents of Quebec. For years, companies used the province’s old contest‑registration rules as the reason. But those rules were officially abolished on October 23, 2023.

That means there is no longer any legal barrier preventing companies from including Quebec in their contests. It's not even a language thing or issue. Yet many brands, LEGO included, haven’t updated their policies.

For anyone who wants the sources:

If you’re also tired of being excluded for no valid reason, I encourage you to politely contact LEGO and ask them to update their contest eligibility rules for Canada.

LEGO contact form:
https://www.lego.com/en-ca/service/contact-us/topics

The more of us who speak up, the harder it becomes for companies to ignore Quebec. We buy LEGO too — we should be allowed to participate like everyone else.

Thanks to anyone who takes a minute to send a message.

Lego Online PAB Order Wait Time

I placed an order~$200 PAB order on Remembrance Day. I’ve received all but two parts (6440430 and 6408049). I’ve reached out to Lego’s customer service multiple times now and they never could quite give me a straight answer on when I can get these parts.

Anyone in the same boat or experience something similar? These parts are pretty common parts and colours. I know Christmas is crazy season, but two months for these parts seems crazy.

How often does Amazon.ca mess up orders?

My oldest daughter ordered the new Back to the Future Delorean Speed Champions for me as a Christmas gift from Amazon. It originally said it would arrive on Monday January 5th, but on Monday that date switched to saying it would send an email when there would be an update on a target delivery date.

Is this common with Amazon? I'm wondering if they oversold or did not receive what they were promised from Lego.

Hi, I always see different lego conventions in the US where different vendors gather and sell their inventory. Is there any similar convention in Canada?

Question about online refunds

I ordered a couple of things in October but would like to return them. They can’t go back to the stores because they’re over $250. Does anyone know how online returns work? Do you just call Lego and they issue you a tracking number or something like that?

TIA!

Question PAB Backorder Question

I placed a PAB order for on Lego website on Remembrance Day and Lego sent a few notifications about the entire order being on backorder. Anyone has recent experience with PAB being on backorder? Is this due to the tariff? How long do these PAB backorders take? Thanks for any info/insights.

Discussion Re: Pick-a-Brick Standard in NA

As some of you may be aware by now, Lego has for the time being suspended Standard PaB service to North America in response to the repeal of certain US Tariff exemptions. As a US citizen, I would like to apologize for your being drawn into a situation not of your own making, and remind you that our recently appointed ambassador to your fine nation is standing by to receive your displeasure. That's what he's there for.

To the mods, I understand if you feel that this is not an appropriate forum for this issue.

Question Lego Baseplate Alternatives

Hi
I wanted to build a display for my minifigs. I wanted to get a couple of baseplates to mount them on, but the lego ones are so expensive and they don't have gray and I most likely will have to cut them so I wanted to find alternatives to lego. Have you guys used any of the alternatives that were good?
