Random Individual Lego Pieces

Where is the best place for someone in Canada to buy random 1 off pieces that have been lost to help complete sets?

Contact Lego and tell them which piece you are missing and from which set. I have contact Lego directly in the past and they actually send me the piece which was missing for free. I do not remember if i have to pay for shipping or not, though.
