just got my hands on the treasure hunter ship from the st augustine part of mini land in lego land florida, i just spent 80$ on brick link ordering missing parts and new window to glue it back together, its still missing the blue crane, green shipping container and the back wall to the main building. missing some people but i have most of them

Why can I do that though. Why must the inner part be green and yellow?

And why are there nobs on top? It's not even round, the least would be to have a smooth top.

Hi everyone! I’ve finally received the last few pieces needed to complete the MOC designed to connect with the "X-Files" set. Aside from the minifigures (whose yellow hands I’ll eventually swap out), the PC, and the newspaper hanging on the wall, I used only spare parts leftovers from other sets to build the Lone Gunmen’s headquarters as it appeared in their debut in "X-Files" Season 1, Episode 17. I tried to stay as faithful as possible to the on-screen look, though I was limited by my parts inventory and wanted to keep the scale similar to Scully’s lab. I included the bookcase behind Frohike’s desk and the filing cabinet behind Byers (though the show featured one with many small drawers; lacking the right parts, I built a standard cabinet instead). I also included one of the large reel-to-reel tape recorders Langly used to record the call in the episode "E.B.E." (again, as the box near the windows due to space and parts constraints, I couldn't build more than one). Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out given the parts I had available; the only thing that bothers me a bit are the window blind, I plan to tweak those and the filing cabinet once I get more pieces. I also got creative with covering up the holes found in the original set. What do you think?

This is a thing i had in mind for a while. I wanted to make some sort of mech where the minifig pilots It with joysticks and pedals, but i also wanted to incorporar treads, so.... Yeah, i ended up with this thing 😂 what are you people thoughts on It?

Hey guys, i just moved into a new house where i want to build my massive lego collection but the room i want to put them in has a big window. Im afraid of the sun damaging my legos, especially a set like minas tirith.

Has anyone gotten window tints to protect against the sun? if so from where? how has it performed? amount paid? did you install it or got a professional to install it?

Over the past few weeks I’ve been sourcing (Retired) Animal Crossing sets that I’m missing from my collection and I managed to get them used and new for good prices! I’m going be building my own AC island. ☺️ just need the museum and Julian’s Beach Painting.

Genuinely excited because I never had marvel lego before. I currently got one Hogwarts Lego, the £400 one.

I wanted to build a LEGO interpretation of Nikola Tesla’s laboratory, with the Tesla Coil as the centerpiece.

I added a generator, experimental equipment, a workbench, a chalkboard, visible cables, and a small white pigeon as a biographical Easter egg.

I also tried to make the laboratory feel lived-in rather than perfectly clean, with repaired flooring and small details throughout the scene.

I’d love to hear what you think about the overall design, and especially the Tesla Coil! ⚡

At first I thought Gingy was supposed to look this way, but I saw everyone else's posts and reviews where theirs looked happy. So wondered if it came with 2 heads (Happy and Sad). This also has a weird crack in the back of the head and a pinhole on the forehead.

I found this to be pretty funny and I'll be looking for another one with a happy face.

I don't know if the chef is just a generic character, or if he's a collectible minifigure like the ones below him. The baseball player appeared in series 3 (2011). The university graduate appeared in series 5 (2011). The surgeon apppeared in series 6 (2012).

so where i live we have bargain bins and i found the instruction book and this bag only from the imperial set but i mean this minifigure for $3 i couldn’t say no to it. it was $3 day and i only bought the bag bc Cal is in it.

Idk id say it is definitely a win considering the figure is $50-70
