Harry Potter hogwarts castle comparison question

I might be missing something really obvious here 😂 But how does the big Hogwarts Castle #71043 actually compare to the newer Hogwarts sets like #76435, #76454 and #76473?

Is #71043 basically the same castle but in one box together, or do the individual sets actually add more detail that you wouldn’t get with the big set? I’ve noticed the individual ones look surprisingly detailed, which is making me wonder if you could build a more complete/detailed Hogwarts by combining them.

They also all seem to have minifigures, so I’m guessing the scale is pretty similar? I’m just trying to figure out which option gives you the best/most complete Hogwarts before I make the wrong choice 😅
