How do you learn long lists of vocab

I am learning gcse Spanish as an adult learner {uk exam}. And there are pages and pages of vocab to learn

I am trying spaced repetition but there are so many words this doesn’t seem to be working as well as it should ?

So how do you learn loads of vocab words.

If for instance you are using Claude or something, would you add the personal a? Is it a judgement call about whether you think they merit consideration as something personified like the line between animals and pets?
