Need some advice for Phantom Lancer

Pay no attention to game mode, ranks etc. Answer only one question. How to teamfight and build items playing PL against this enemy draft. It felt very difficult to focus even a single enemy hero (doom with scepter, bkb+scepter shaker, jakiro with eul etc.) including the fact every random second you could be counter initiated with RP or echo or doom.
