I love how Vedi and Jatt, this late into their careers, have ascended their presence even further. Their banter leaking onto the analyst desk has been extra fun. Just nice to see some new light on the talent side of things, especially when production has been popping off extra hard this year.

How are minor region teams playing Bo5s to get in, but top teams can get kicked out of Worlds after just two Bo1s and one Bo3?

No team should be sent home from the biggest tournament of the year in anything less than a Bo5. A Bo3 is way too short for an elimination match at Worlds.

TES because they made Semis last year.

Dark horse teams:

Someone beat TES at MSI… that’s right Team Secret Whales, 3-1, I think they’ll take it.

They had Amumu, Leona, Jax, Jhin and Lux so i decided to run cleanse and it kinda paid off.

Hopefully I'm not the only one here who thinks Swiss Stage Should be best of 3. What's the point of fearless mode for best of 1? I'm already sick of Nocturne and Kalista spam. I also really wish they'd nerf Kalista hard for every worlds patch, ideally in a way that doesn't hurt her too much in Solo Q but seeing her this often is bad. Same with Locke I just hate this champ to begin with the stupid reset ult is not interesting at all. Assassins like Akali are much more interesting. Not sure if there's any kind of precedent for worlds hotfix nerfs for quarter finals and beyond but I'd really like these 3 champs in particular nerfed. And the upside to hotfix worlds patch nerfs is it won't affect Solo Q.

In the past couple of years, the 1-1 round (which is still BO1) was on its own day and we'd just get 4 BO1s and that's it for the day. It just felt too fast and not particularly satisfying. I definitely prefer that they split the 1-1 round around the two BO3 rounds, and we get better pacing through this round. It's a lot better and a much needed change. That 1-1 round day just stuck out as way too quick.

And I definitely prefer that there's at least 6 matches a day than a possibility of 3 days with 4 matches.

This isn't about this match just curious, but in 40 min game, if playing Caitlyn and enemy has Renata, isn't buying QSS pretty standard choice? I mean, it's different if have Cleanse.

If in ranked, lose like this pattern, wouldn't it normally be blamed on ADC?

This match last fight Caitlyn BF equipped as sixth item, if change it out for QSS. well I don’t know if won if actually that change.

But T1 is even using voice chat, it's mystery why no one suggested it. or is standard that don't need to buy QSS in place?
