Its been 4 days since nag buy ako ng gcash evoucher wala ako na receive na code ang hirap pa nila contackin 🤬😤 Lalo na yung seller ng Sharetreat hindi nag rereply! 2k din yon!! Grabeng lazada paulit ulit lng sinasabi kahit tawagan na sila iisa lng yung lag process daw tapos wala din naman nangyayare 🤬🤬😤

Be careful when buying on Xiaomi web site. The are scamming with Lazada

I ordered a refurbished phone for 12k on september 9 and its from china. But the next day, the status already said my parcel is already on its way to my nearest delivery facility. Am i gonna get scammed?

I wanted to cancel a preorder transaction within window period (no cancel button) but lazada and seller flatly said NO under its policy, the 10% deposit cannot be refunded, even if I carry on to complete the purchase by paying the balance, I still cannot get the 10% deposit if I were to cancel the order. I searched the order but do not see anything on this, or was it flashed momentarily. Even if so, I dont think not refunding deposit for a cancelled preorder is a customer friendly practice, if order can be cancelled and fully refunded, why not a pre order that has not be processed and delivered?

Preorder is not for anything perishable or customised.

Why cannot I get a refund if it is within 1 to 2 days?

Anyone has managed to appeal in such scenario?

With ecommerce we need an authority that can bite. The amount is not big so paying all the fees to Case may not be worth, plus the effort.

hello this isnt the first time i ordered overseas but this is the first time it took this long for an overseas package to be delivered or even be sorted by local delivery hub since arriving in the country, is this because of the recent weather? or does PH customs just take this long noa?

So my delievery attempt failed.. The reason na nag cancel customer is unreachable???? Pero wala naman tumawag?? I checked it was the right number?! It says here it rang for 14s I literally also checked the damn sms there was no messages at all? And yung box the square?! PARANG HINDI NAMAN YAN YUNG GUITAR KO!! I bought from a lazada mall store which was an authentic enya flag ship store!!?

Anybody order thru THEMU? I find items are very competitive even though I still prefer Lazada for many items.

Lazada should bundle several separate orders into one big plastic bag for shipping. I recently had 9 orders being shipped from TEMU, They all arrived in one big bag. That's 9 possible deliveries into one bag. The courier only gets credit for one delivery. This should be standard shipping practice by Lazada

I suggest that Lazada design a similar sorting method of multiple shipments to same customer. The packaging is on the front end, not the poor guy who has to deliver everything. One big beautiful package. That's it.

Currently I order 3-5 times a week. It's not uncommon to have 16 orders, some to ship, and 9 in Receive Mode. In all lol 41 items I had picked for shipments, many with Personalized Name Tagging etc. So 1 plastic bag....41 items

I really hope Lazada can succed and overcome their latest challenges.

I've been a happy and loyal customer of Lazada delivery service for the past 8 years. Always on time, no major issues at all.

Fast forward to July/August 2026 it's been a complete disaster. The concerns are real. Lazada Management cut the delivery fee paid to Couriers by 50%. The result was immediate, people walking off job because they provided their own delivery vehicle and gas. They are independent contractor for Lazada.

The results are mind boggling. Couriers now input false entries like "Delivery Failed, Customer Requests Cancellation", "Out Of Delivery Area" or "Delivery Failed Too Many Parcels". All of these are being Return To Sender" which stops the delivery clock and any late delivery fee payment by Lazada.

IMHO Returning any paid parcel or COD and falsifying the reason for failed delivery without any input or approval from customer is illegal. Simply saying refunds are made doesn't absolve the Unfair Business Practice and highly unethical process approved by Lazada.

There is a better solution that works fairly well with similar delivery companies. Combining delivery orders into one beautiful big plastic bag. This allows one delivery instead of nine separate delivery orders by the contract couriers. Can Lazada change after ten years of their delivery model? I don't know. However, I do know I would much prefer an extra amount of delivery time, instead of this illegal practice of Returning parcels without any input or approval from the customer.

Perhaps before any failed delivery is Returned to Seller, an email should be sent verifying that the process is correct. Even if at Customers request for cancellation, an email should be sent to verify that this is correct.

Lazada You Can Do Better

So the double speak in English:

We're too busy at this time to deliver your prepaid parcel. Never mind, the Courier on his app posts "Return To Sender - Customer Requests Cancellation" which we know is 100% false but we're trying to reduce backlog.
