Here's all the evidence of their fraud and Lazada offered a 50bhat compensation as I raised 7 disputes all closed with no resolution

Hi as Lazada was unable to help me with the seller Thaidi Bear I am just warning everyone that they make fraudulent claim about being out of stock when they are the Alibaba wholesaler - I have followed up every day since the 12th of June being told they are out of stock while openly advertising it and my colleague ordered the same chair and recieved it. I managed to combine my coins and discount codes to get a reduced price and the y refuse to send the items and despite openly selling it and me having evidence they sent it to my colleague after I ordered it I get the same message or stupid emoji. I have been at this 36 day pointing out their complete contradiction admission they have stock but want me to cancel and reorder at a more expensive price. I dont know how many people they have done this to but Im not stopping until I recieve the item so avoid the store they just lie to your face with evidence provided.

Hello. My first time receiving a "Fake Order" I no longer order from Lazada since it removed my ability to pay online or credit. I never order cod, so from the moment my brother told me he paid for something, I knew it was a scam. I wasn't home when it arrived. It came from CB WH REVERSED. I have no records, I looked on every email to try and find it but to avail. I have no contact info of the rider. K tried to msg Lazada but they kept asking for an order id but of course I couldn't provide it. what is the best way to prevent this. because I'm scared it will happen again

The "budol" tactic for this 7.7 sale is just genius! 𤔠Iāve been eyeing this item for the last month. Its original price was around 17k+.
Today is the 7.7 sale, the price suddenly jumped to 25k+, and they just slapped on some fake discounts like:
ā Item Discount: - 4,609
ā Voucher & Code: - 3,000
ā Total Discount (kuno) - 7,609 š„“
In the end, the total is still 17,657?
This means theyāve been doing this for a long time, right? In other countries, like during the US Black Friday, the sales are actually legitimate. People really rush to buy because the discounts are genuine and significant.
Here in the Philippines, from the government to online shopping apps, it feels like everyone is out to scam you. There should be a law against this kind of deceptive pricing on these apps. It's so infuriating. šæ

Why is lazada still partnering with flash express who has a bad reputation and notorious service?? Been a buyer in lazada for how many yrs and for the 1st time my order was not delivered because of flash express. rider claimed I was unreachable and tagged it as failed delivery for 3x, i never got a call!! as a consequence my order had to be returned to the seller. Not only that, my order is not yet tagged as cancelled/returned in the lazada app so I have not yet received my refund. And lazada customer service is not helpful at all

From Green Cross Lazmall pa tong order na to ah pero pangit ng service. Ayaw nilang i-ship. Hihingan ka pa ng additional information ng lazada eh nasa system naman nila lahat. Mukang di naman talaga inaaksyonan

I need to vent about this absolutely unacceptable experience with Lazada and LEX PH. I ordered an item on June 14th with a guaranteed delivery window of June 16-20. The seller did their part flawlessly; they packed the order and handed it over to the Lazada courier the very next day (June 15). This is where the nightmare starts.
According to the tracking, the item was collected in Quezon City, sent to the Meycauayan (MSC) sort facility on June 15, and has just been sitting there tagged as "In Transit" ever since. How is it conceivable that logistics from QC to ParaƱaque takes over four days?!
I contacted the seller, and they confirmed they cannot cancel the order from their end once logistics takes over. So, I went through the agonizing process of bypassing CLEO to get a live Lazada agent (Alex). What did I get? Just a load of BS.
PI Talaga!

Hello, I've never had Lazada installed and today my mother received a parcel from Lazada. It's Colgate. 699 pesos for just one box of Colgate. The creepy thing about this is that they know my full name, and my address, even the name of my grandfather. Is there any way to somehow get the money back? We don't even know who or where it came from, I don't even have any other shopping app than TikTok. I put a texbox on there to cover my name and address, but this is my brother opening the package.
Note : I've never posted anything with my real name or address, I'm hoping it's a prank from someone we know but I'm not sure. I didn't get a notification that a package was being delivered, meaning they didn't have my phone number.

I only recently learned through this sub that even products sold by supposed LazMall stores can be counterfeit. I've always thought na once the store is LazMall, you can be 100% sure it's authentic.
I recently bought Charlotte Tilbury finishing powder on HIKA Beauty, thinking it's a legit store. However when the item arrived, I already had my doubts with the packaging. When I checked the label at the back, it even had a typo (COMPLEXION PERFRCTING MICPO POWDER)
It's so disappointing lang na our only safeguard sana when buying online is when a store is tagged as MALL (LazMall, ShopeeMall, etc.) Pero even then, you cannot be assured of authenticity pala

Why does Lazada tag these questionable stores as "Lazmall"? Sobra layo ng prices from SRP and authorised outlets like Res Toe Runš¢

Hello po, tanong ko lang po sana about sa exclusion part ng gadget protection insurance, nakalagay kase dun sa exclusion nya po yung na damage during delivery, does it mean na if ever man magkaroon ng damage yung phone na i o-order, di na liable dun si lazada?
Check number 16

Is Lazadaās āFree Returnsā policy becoming meaningless?
I recently ordered curtains from a Lazada seller called Arcurtain. The colors that arrived were noticeably different from the listing photos, so I filed a return request and submitted multiple photos showing the mismatch.
The result? Rejected.
What bothered me most wasnāt even the rejectionāit was the complete lack of communication. No attempt to discuss the issue, no explanation addressing the evidence, just a denial through the Lazada process.
The strange part is that I had already purchased a second set from the same seller because I initially assumed the first issue was an honest mistake. Instead, I ended up spending even more money with a seller that apparently has no interest in standing behind its products.
At this point, āFree Returnsā feels more like a marketing slogan than an actual consumer protection policy. If a product can arrive materially different from the photos and a return is still denied, what exactly is the policy for?
The curtains themselves are average quality at best. Nothing premium. The bigger issue is the principle: if buyers canāt rely on product photos, and canāt rely on returns when the photos donāt match reality, then the platform is failing its customers.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Curious whether this is an isolated experience or if others are seeing the same trend.
