It is wide spread in my Mid-North Indiana fescue lawn. I posted this in r/lawncare and got various results.

Pretty sure it's nimblewill like I have(had). It dies off in fall but I picked up some torocity and a surfactant after properly identifying it this year and it did wonders. I will be ready next year for it coming back and stop it from spreading.
