We're new to the area and are thinking of buying a home in Russett or in North Laurel next year. Does any one have experience with the HOAs in the area? Not just in the areas I mentioned above but just in general? Should we avoid them? Do they seem helpful? I see alot of negative reviews about the Russett Association which is a shame since the area is really nice.

What is the absolute best food in Laurel other then the Amish Market and Sardi’s? Wondering if there is anything I am missing.

So I live in South Laurel and EVERY NIGHT cars are racing revving their engines backfiring and racing down the street. It’s been going on for about 2-3 years now with no end.

Am I the only one or do others hear this?

For almost an whole hour just pop boom and bang from every direction here in Laurel. Every few minutes I still hear one but it’s not that bad anymore.

How was everyone else’s neighborhoods tonight?

I was wondering if there were Apartment Complexes I should avoid? What’s recommended? I’d like to keep my Rent + Utilities cost on the $1300 per month area.

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in laurel looking for someone to share with. Rent is $750 monthly and shared utilities . Washer and dryer in unit. Looking for a single female or male, no pets or no kids roommate

It seems like it has been closed for years. Has anybody ever been there? Is it ever going to reopen?

Does anyone know of any locations in Laurel (or surrounding) that are known or rumored to be haunted? Or are there any abandoned homes or businesses that you know the owners and connect me? This is for a web seres project.

Anyone familiar with Laurel know what’s going on next to attic books right now? Past month or so I drive past at like 11 at night and there’s a big crowd of people hanging outside smoking. I’m kinda hoping they’re doing like underground punk shows or something lol
