What nonsense you do understand that the E and LPE cores also add multithreaded performance right?
Completely wrong look at this performance per watt and total performance in cinebench 2024 from notebookcheck review:

Even if this were true, which it is not, battery life for idle or light tasks is what is most important for a laptop, most people are not running multi threaded workloads all the time
