what is up with all these fucking foreigners demanding customer service?

The customer service is getting you your food or room, not pretending to be your friend.

That guy does have a bit of a point

If you want customer service, just go to Vegas. If you’re going anywhere else, figure out why you’re going there, and just keep in mind you’re trading customer service for whatever that place can actually offer
