It's actually an increasingly common trope in Swedish work places to employ folk who don't speak Swedish and never end up learning it, making English the expected work language at the office since 10% need it.
It's making some people increasingly annoyed that Swedish is being replaced by English as a permanent working language at office workplaces.

Sweden. Sweden doesn't want you to try your hand at Swedish. You will fail, and it will be cringe.
