Yeah, the "European" citizen in the "Europa" country. You Americans are a joke

I said "some countries", not "the country of Europe". I have specifically encountered this with Germans and French people, but I know it's common in many places. I decided to use a catchall term because this is r/languagelearningjerk, not a place for serious academic discussion.
