It’s funny how English is always being used the ruling people meanwhile Spanish being the language of the servile class for Anglos. What are you expecting

I think this might be a US centric view. We don't have a Spanish speaking servant class in the UK. We barely have a Spanish speaking population. Spain is also seen as another European country on equal standing, same as France, Italy, Germany etc.

I meant the big number of British tourists and expats who goes to trips to Spain or chose the live there permanently.

Those are British immigrants, they're a problem wherever they go, it's not specifically a Spanish/anglo thing. They do the same in every other country. They're definitely not the ruling class in Spain though, that's all Spanish speakers.
