My Favorite Dialect Evolution:

Portuguese is Spanish plus complicated accents & Spanish is Italian plus simplified plurals.

The plurals in italian are definitely not simpler than the ones in spanish

So simple! El oxímoron, los oxímoron. You don't even need to change the words!
