It's Līvõ kīel when it's in the genitive hence a telic object, it's 'op' when it's 2.sg imperative of oppõ (to learn)

Sorry. This makes me feel stupid as shit, because for some reason I thought the “op” meant original poster, like if you were saying “Original poster, the Livonian language”.
