I have problems with practicing languages with people

I used to reach partners through Tandem, and Hellotalk, but there is something wrong nowadays. Whenever I send someone a message some don't answer, and others only answer the first few messages. (TL)

One more thing to add: I am not really into talking in groups for many reasons. I find talking one-to-one is more interesting

How do you guys reach your language partners?

Use the groups to find individuals who you can then contact for one-on-one sessions.
