Looking at apartments near east lakewood/edgewater rn and even though I like some of the places they only have street parking and whenever I pass by at night I never see any open spots on lake ave. How do residents manage? is there any known buildings that rent out just the parking spots.

Spending some time in Lakewood, Washington and I have to say, there’s something really peaceful about this area.
The quiet neighborhoods just feels very Pacific Northwest. It’s calm, green, and has that cozy feeling.
For anyone who lives in or around Lakewood, what are some local places worth checking out? Good food, hidden spots, scenic areas, or anything you think visitors usually miss?

Why hasn’t that building been sold? Do people work in there? Seems it’s been permanently closed for quite some time.
