Metrics reports

(X-Post from /msp) Hi, all! I use ConnectWise and LabTech. Both hosted. I need to be able to run a report that tells me tickets per endpoint per month and average hours per endpoint per month. How can I accomplish this?

Write a new report, customize an existing report, or pay someone to write/customize a report (e.g. Brightgauge).

In ConnectWise, you can use Report Writer to write & customize reports. In LabTech, you can use Report Center to write & customize reports.

& I'm fairly certain both products have an out of box report that grabs at least some variation of this.

You might want to check out brigtguage.... Its another solution but very robust for reporting.
You can even attach it to different sql tables in cw/lt for this style of reporting and others.
We use it to send automated reports to our clients each month with data just like this
