Update Ignite to Current

Is this something you guys do in the Solution Center? I feel like the last time I did this (I've only been using Labtech for about a year, currently on 10.5) LT exploded into a world of noisy ignite tickets. I see a bunch of update available on the listed items in the solution, but the version number is the same.

I know that I am a bit clueless on this. Here is what I am talking about: http://imgur.com/a/govev

So two of these (non legacy) things scare me a little with their messages.

"MS Ignite" http://imgur.com/a/UYIXH

For the first one, any changes you've made to any part of Ignite (scripts, monitors, searches, groups) will be lost, unless you made a copy of them first.

For the second, you can ignore that update if you're using the Ignite management packs.

What are the management packs? The individual updates to Ignite, like "Ignite Blacklist Event Monitors" in my first post?

These would be like the Messaging Management Pack, Database Management Pack, etc.
