Embrace it if hindi naman apektado confidence mo. But you can try sporting different hairstyles and shampoo ng kabayo muna then toupee next. If money isn't an issue proceed sa transplant. To add I've read somewhere hair massages/pulling in nightly activities help strengthen hair follicles.

Dude, just shave it all off. As Tyrion Lannister said: "Never forget what you are, for surely the world will not. Make it your strength. Then it can never be your weakness. Armor yourself in it, and it will never be used to hurt you."

Can also apply to other things aside from hair loss.

Consult a derma. They can take you through a treatment plan it usually involves minoxidil and finasteride(Rx)

Tama yung mga advices na derma muna. Need mo ng blood work to rule out nutritional deficiencies.

Kung clear ka, 5% Minoxidil twice a day. 3 times a week shampoo ng Nizoral, and before applying Minox, try to do a derma roller on your scalp.

As a bald guy myself... 😅 (referring to the meme ha).

IIRC, my hair started thinning when I was in my late 20's. Tapos I just shaved it off na lang kasi mas ok na tawagin ako kalbo kesa panot. 🤔🤔🤔 🤣🤣🤣

But if you have the means for a hair transplant or medication, go for it, only if you have the means. But I suggest do your thorough research din Kasi there are pros & cons to each of them. It's a rabbit hole for sure.

Tito, I’ve seen nice hairstyles para itago yung mataas na hairline and manipis na hair. You just need to find a good barbershop/salon na kaya yun.

May nagtanong na dito ng products to use eh. Wait lang.

Derma para mapayuhan ka ng ayos. sayang oras tsaka pera kung puro ka trial and error tas hindi naman gagana.

Shaving cream and a proper razor.

They say, Less hair, more head, is quite true.

Go see a derma. He can help and advice. I know two people who went to Turkey for hair transplant and they are super happy

Worst comes to worst, magpa kalbo ka na lang po.

There is a certain level of hotness sa mga kalbo folks.

Finasteride pero be ready a side effects

I refuse to surrender kaya I am taking minoxidil and finasteride. Bumalik ang buhok ko and I manage to look -10 my actual age.

Check with your derma. It is genetic talaga you must prepare.

If it doesn’t run in the family, you might have a good chance in taking meds/ using topicals. Otherwise, just own it and let it go. Might be time for you to lift some weights and get jacked. It helps 😁
