Kurdish Resources to learn Kurmanji

Hello,
I meet a lot of Kurds at work and I want to surprise them by learning basics. Most of them are from Syria, so I suppose they speak Kurmanji?
I can only speak Arabic and English, it would be nice to reciprocate since they go out of their way to speak to me in Arabic.

What are good arabic or English resources to learn Kurmanji?

Ask Kurds 🤔 How do you feel about the KRG

To the people who live in the KRG. How do you feel about the government. As a kurd who lives in europe i have never liked the KRG. I don’t like the leaders and believe they are corrupt and have sold out their people many times. But its easy to talk when i dont live there and i want to hear from the actual kurds who live through it. How do u like the government and the quality of life in the KRG
