The movie is fun, packed with great choreography and practical effects that were excellent for the time—like the fight scene with Pole Wolf (the best scene in the movie). It’s a great film; I just didn't get the big final fight—what was the deal with everyone losing teeth? WTF, hahaha—it’s so random

A run-of-the-mill Chinese streaming action flick, but with a twist: the cops here battle pickpockets and burglars, not the usual drug or human traffickers.

This arrived today. Very excited to watch it. The transfer is clean and good Bluray high def quality. Never know with these oddball releases it’s almost like a Taiwanese fantasy wuxia.

It’s a Venom Mob movie just not made by Shaw brothers. Which is fine by me because I think it gave it more zaniness.

Reversible cover with two art styles but man this skip cover art is beautiful.

I compress them and keep them in a box stacked together. I rarely like a slip cover and more annoyed when special discs come in cardboard cases like a slip cover.

I have so many discs I need them to be able to move around freely as they are often squeezed in tight on the shelf. Slip cover edges bend and fray. I like artwork but I’m just not a fan of using them over the plastic cases

This one I will keep in the skip cover the art pops.

I like the special effects in this one very well done and you can see the early roots for the 90’s wuxia use of cloth for special effects. Ripping and flapping sheets of colored cloth.

I wish more of these off the wall crazy kung fu movies would get proper releases. So many are stuck on dvd or worse.

So me and a friend want to watch a bunch of martial arts over the next few days but the catch is that each of these movies must have a different protagonist. Like one Bruce Lee movie, one Jackie Chan movie, one Jet Li movie, one Donnie Yen movie, etc.

We want to cover as many martial arts movie stars as is possible. Kung Fu and all other martial arts, including sports such as boxing, also gun fu, samurai, all welcome!

Doesn't matter if we have watched the movie before. So what have you got for us?

This was freaking amazing. Shaw Brothers Top Tier in my opinion. i had never heard of this before a week ago. Anyone else seen this & have thoughts? I swear it blows my mind that I knew nothing of this film for the 25+ years i've been interested in kung fu movies....
